4、 User name, user password, and security
The user will take full responsibility for the security of the user name and password. The user can change the user's password at any time according to the prompt. Users shall not transfer or lend their account and password to others. If the user finds that his/her account has been illegally used by others or has security vulnerabilities, he/she should immediately notify the Global Network. If the account and password are illegally used by others due to hackers or users' negligence in safekeeping, Globegroup will not bear any responsibility. If the account of the free network service registered by the user is not actually used within any 180 consecutive days, or the account of the paid network service registered by the user is not actually used within 180 consecutive days after the expiration of the service period of the paid network service subscribed by the user, Globegroup has the right to delete the account and stop providing the relevant network services to the user.

7. Management of information released by users
Users must abide by relevant national laws and regulations when publishing information on the World Wide Web, and bear all civil, administrative or criminal legal liabilities caused by improper information publishing. Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
Infringe others' right of portrait, name, reputation, privacy or other personal rights;
