New information: China Europe Fund Management Co., Ltd.'s announcement on adjusting the large amount subscription, conversion transfer and fixed investment quota of non individual investors' consignment channels for Class B and Class D shares of China Europe Money Market Fund

In order to further ensure the stable operation of the China Europe Money Market Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund") and safeguard the interests of fund share holders, the China Europe Fund has decided to adjust the trading limits of the non individual investors of the Fund's Class B and Class D fund shares in the consignment channel for large amount subscription, conversion transfer and regular quota investment in accordance with the following rules from April 27, 2023 (inclusive):

If the amount of a single or multiple cumulative subscriptions, conversion transfers and fixed investment business of the Fund's Class B and Class D fund units in a single fund account of a non individual investor in the consignment channel exceeds 5000000 yuan (excluding), the Company has the right to refuse. If the cumulative application amount of a single fund account of a non individual investor for Class B and Class D fund units of the Fund on a single day in the consignment channel is equal to or less than 5000000 yuan, all are confirmed successfully; If the cumulative application amount of a single fund account of a non individual investor for Class B and Class D fund units of the Fund on a single day in the consignment channel is more than 5000000 yuan, the application that does not exceed the limit of 5000000 yuan (inclusive) after being accumulated one by one will be confirmed as successful according to the clearing order of the registration system, and the Company has the right to confirm the failure of the remaining applications. Non individual investors' applications for multiple subscriptions, conversion transfers and fixed investment through multiple sales agencies on a commission basis will be cumulatively calculated and confirmed according to the above rules.

The above rules also apply to fund accounts that have participated in fixed investment before April 27, 2023.

From May 4, 2023 (inclusive), the Class B and Class D shares of the Fund will revert to the limit status of the Announcement of China Europe Fund Management Co., Ltd. on Adjusting the Large Amount Subscription, Conversion Transfer and Fixed Fixed Investment Limits of Class B and Class D Shares of China Europe Money Market Fund for Non individual Investors through Consignment Channels issued on March 20, 2023.

During the period of implementation of the above restrictions, other businesses of the Fund shall still be handled as usual. If the Fund cancels or adjusts the above businesses, the Company will make a separate announcement.
