Further improve the system by drawing a growth roadmap, establishing and improving the training mechanism and other measures, implement the innovative theoretical armed soul building plan of the Party in the new era, the training and empowerment plan for the construction of heroic cities, and the high-quality development of the actual combat training plan, and track the training and development to ensure that there is no lag in the long-term development.

Broaden talent introduction channels and seek breakthroughs in quality improvement and increment. After the line is determined, cadres are the key factor. By focusing on talent introduction, Wuhan has promoted the high-level planning, normalized talent introduction and diversified sources, promoted the steady growth of talent quantity and quality, and ranked first in the country in terms of talent attraction index for a long time, providing strong talent support for transformation and development.

Create an environment for talent retention, and activate the power in strengthening security. The environment for talent development is also an important business environment. A good environment will bring together talents and prosper businesses. The purpose of doing a good job in talent article is to adhere to the supremacy of service and do a good job of "key little things". From the establishment of Wuhan Metropolitan Area Talent Development Alliance and Wuhan Youth Talent Home, to the establishment of a turnover pool for high-level talent special undertakings, to the creative promotion of post doctoral talent multiplication action, to the introduction of an upgraded talent housing policy, and the introduction of Wuhan talent card, Wuhan has played a set of "combination fists" to optimize the talent development ecology, creating a respect for talent Respect the strong atmosphere of creation. At the same time, we worked hard to build an upgraded version of the "Wuhan Talent Plan", innovatively implemented the industry talent cultivation support project, identified 1995 Wuhan talents in recent two years, and further strengthened the strategic talent echelon.
