Due to its flexible wall structure and high ring stiffness, the carat tube can be used in various engineering applications such as drainage system, sewage system, storage tank and container, pipeline renovation, garden irrigation, water conservancy, chemical industry, power, communication, etc.
The full name of carat tube is "HDPE structural wall hot winding tube", which is a kind of special-shaped structural wall tube made by spiral winding process with smooth inner wall and spiral reinforcing rib outer wall. Clad tube is a flexible tube, and its raw material is high-density polyethylene. It is made by winding process in the hot melt state, and is cooled by rolling air cooling before demoulding in the hot state. The pipe gradually dissipates heat and has uniform wall thickness. Clad pipes are connected by socket type electrofusion. Both ends of the pipe are processed into socket and spigot during production, and the socket end is embedded with electric fuse wire. When the pipe is connected by socket and spigot, only the power supply is connected to complete the welding, which can make the pipeline system achieve zero leakage. This kind of pipe is widely used in urban drainage, drainage, garden irrigation, water conservancy engineering, electric power communication and other fields. It is an ideal replacement for reinforced concrete and cast iron pipes.
Kraft tube is produced by Jinpeng Company with imported German equipment, technology and production process using high-density polyethylene HDPE as the main raw material, and polypropylene PP corrugated pipe as the auxiliary support pipe. Crater tube has reasonable structure, novel production process, and products are divided into three series: PR SQ VW. Clathrate tube characteristics
1. Excellent physical performance.
High density polyethylene (HDPE) has good rigidity, strength, flexibility, creep resistance and excellent hot-melt bonding performance.
2. Corrosion resistance and long service life.
In the southeast coastal areas of China, the groundwater level is high and the soil humidity is high. The PE pipe can resist the erosion of various chemical media without anti-corrosion, and can inhibit the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi, with a service life of up to 100 years.
3. Hot winding forming, high quality weld.
The flat strip and cladding strip extruded from the extrusion mouth module in the molten state are evenly wound on the heated roller die according to the predetermined position, ensuring the quality of the structural wall pipe fusion joint. The pipes are naturally cooled, especially the fusion joint of the flat strip in the structural design is covered by the support pipe covered by the strip, which improves the overall external pressure resistance of the product. The horizontal layer and the reinforcing structure layer of the pipe are welded in the melting state. The weld joint quality is high, there is no internal stress, and the overall strength of the pipe is high.
4. The ring has high rigidity and good flexibility.
When the carat tube is subjected to external pressure, its deformation expands laterally. The backfill soil around the tube can prevent flexible deformation and expansion. The external pressure load is transferred and shared to the surrounding backfill soil. The stress on the inner wall of the tube is small. The tube and the surrounding backfill bear the same load, and the interaction between the tube and soil reaches a certain strength and stiffness. The special pipe wall structure and process of the carat pipe increase the rigidity of the pipe ring while reducing the weight of the pipe and saving materials. The ring stiffness of the carat tube can range from 2KN/㎡ to 32KN/㎡.
