According to the work needs and relevant regulations, Qidong Public Security Bureau has openly recruited a number of auxiliary police officers (hereinafter referred to as "auxiliary police"). Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Eligibility
（1） Basic conditions:
1. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, abide by national laws and regulations, and be upright;
2. Citizens of the People's Republic of China, whose registered permanent residence and residence are in Qidong City;
3. Have the physical conditions, psychological quality and work ability required to perform the job responsibilities;
4. Having other qualifications required by the proposed position;
5. Other conditions stipulated by the state, province and city.
（2） Under any of the following circumstances, they shall not be employed as auxiliary policemen:
1. Has been investigated for criminal responsibility or is suspected of committing a crime but has not yet closed the case;
2. Fabricate and disseminate information that is detrimental to the reputation of the country, the theories, lines, principles and policies of the opposition party, or violates national laws and regulations;
3. Having been punished for taking drugs, whoring or gambling;
4. Have been in administrative detention or judicial detention;
5. The practicing certificate of a lawyer or notary has been revoked;
6. Having been dismissed from public office, military status or dismissed due to violation of discipline;
7. Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law or having relatively serious personal bad credit records;
8. He or his family members or major social relations have participated in illegal organizations, heretical organizations or engaged in other activities endangering national security;
9. Family members or major social relations are serving sentences or being investigated;
10. Other circumstances that are not suitable for auxiliary police work according to relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations.
2、 Recruitment process
The registration, qualification review, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity and other procedures shall be followed.
（1） Sign up
1. Registration time: May 15 to May 31, 2024 (8:30-11:30 a.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. on weekdays, consultation hotline: 0513-83721012).
2. Place of application: Room 206, Building 2, Public Security Bureau, No. 516, Minle Middle Road, Huilong Town, Qidong City.
3. The following materials are required for registration (copies are not returned):
(1) One recent 1-inch bareheaded blue background color photo of myself;
(2) The original and photocopy of my ID card;
(3) The original and photocopy of my educational background and degree certificate, and the educational background certificate of Xuexin Network;
(4) Personal credit report;
(5) The ex servicemen shall carry the original and copy of the ex servicemen certificate;
(6) Party members of the Communist Party of China need to provide proof of organizational relationship;
(7) For those who have participated in work, the resignation certificate of the previous unit shall be provided;
(8) A copy of the Application Form for Auxiliary Police Personnel of Qidong Public Security Bureau (see Annex 1).
（2） Qualification examination
Review according to the materials provided by the applicants to confirm the registration qualification and candidates for the examination.
（3） Examination
1. Written examination
The written examination is a closed book examination, which generally includes public basic theoretical knowledge, administrative professional ability test, and legal knowledge that should be known and understood.
2. Physical fitness test
The physical fitness test shall be carried out for the service assistant police, and the test items and standards shall refer to the Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards for People's Police Recruitment by Public Security Organs (Provisional). Only those who pass the test can enter the interview process.
3. Interview
The interview focuses on the entry motivation, language expression ability, logical thinking ability, appearance and behavior, and emotional stability of applicants.
The time and place of each examination will be notified separately.
（4） Physical examination
1. The physical examination shall be carried out in the designated general hospital at or above the county level as required;
2. The medical examination standard shall refer to the General Standard for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial);
3. The expenses for physical examination and re examination shall be borne by the applicants themselves.
（5） Inspection
The investigation shall be carried out with reference to the Measures for the Political Investigation of the People's Police Employed by the Public Security Organs and other provisions, and shall be subject to the provisions of laws and regulations or other provisions of the national, provincial and municipal competent departments.
（6） Publicity
The list of personnel to be recruited shall be publicized for at least 5 working days.
（7） Precautions
1. Candidates can only apply for one position according to their own conditions and the qualifications of the recruitment position, and cannot apply for multiple positions at the same time.
2. Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information submitted. Their academic qualifications shall be subject to their diplomas, majors shall be subject to their diplomas or degree certificates, and qualification certificates shall be subject to their valid certificates. Education must be able to be verified on Xuexin Network, and the education in progress cannot be used as the corresponding education certificate.
3. Applicants need to use their mobile phone number and ID card number to register. If the registration is unsuccessful or the recruitment is affected due to failure to fill in the registration information truthfully, registration by others, forgery of the registration information, incorrect information, inconsistency of the information with the certification materials held by them, and exceeding the registration time, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicants themselves. If the applicant fails to participate in the recruitment related links at the agreed time due to poor mobile phone communication, mass SMS sending, unreasonable refusal to answer the phone, failure to answer the phone, failure to check the SMS in time, change of contact information and other reasons, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.
3、 Employment method and treatment
The nature of the employed personnel is off staff labor dispatch. After employment, the company signs a labor contract with Qidong Labor Technology and Economic Development Co., Ltd. and the company dispatches them to relevant departments of Qidong Public Security Bureau. According to the contract agreement, job responsibilities and other requirements, relevant departments of Qidong Public Security Bureau manage, use and assess the employed personnel according to relevant laws, regulations and rules. The salary of the employed personnel shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the municipal government and enjoy the "five insurances and one fund". The probation period is two months. If it is proved that the employee does not meet the employment conditions during the probation period, the employee shall be returned to the labor dispatch company to terminate the labor relationship according to law.
