The more the representatives communicate with the staff, the more comprehensive and thorough their understanding of the problem will be. Only the suggestions put forward by the representatives can identify the root causes of the problem and avoid "headache and foot pain". Moreover, the process of communication with employees is also the process of the representative's suggestions being demonstrated and improved, and the proposal thus completed will be more penetrating and withstand scrutiny.

Run more grass roots and "sit on the same bench" with the staff, so that they can really know what they are thinking, how to put forward suggestions and where to go. Last year, three suggestions put forward by Cheng Weidong were answered by relevant departments. All the proposals have made great contributions to the communication with the staff and workers. At the time of the two sessions of the National People's Congress, there should be more and more practical advice and suggestions.
