This mode of getting rich through integration of scenery and village has also been applied to the project of surrounding Baiyun Mountain. In people's impression, Baiyun Mountain used to be a "giant" between the old and new urban areas. There are more than a dozen villages on the mountain. No matter in terms of transportation, infrastructure, or entrepreneurial ability, they are at a disadvantage. Baiyunshan Village is the only way to the "Cloud Sea Ark" project, and the dense houses make the mountain road especially narrow. Ge Xiaoming, the project leader, has suffered from this. Growing up in Baiyun Mountain Village, he wanted to return to his hometown to invest after making money outside. Because the road was too narrow, the truck transporting timber to the mountain could not turn around. He had to unload midway, transport it for a certain distance manually, and then load it. The time and labor cost were no less than twice as much.

It's a bit difficult to develop the mountain top. After repeated communication, the villagers are still unwilling to relocate. But Lin Sen solved this problem. "I'm a quick talker, and I don't like to beat about the bush." Lin Sen will make clear the villagers' relationship, and can also explain the advantages and disadvantages of demolition. "The same sentence, different people will have different effects."

Under the leadership of Lin Sen, from 2018 to 2022, Panpu Industrial Park carried out a series of key actions such as "sinking the front line and solving problems", completed the demolition of the remaining houses in Zhongtian, Shangmashi Village and Antou Block, and opened up space for the introduction and development of the project.

Find the right time, the road is the way out

Pan'an, with superior natural environment and rich tourism resources, why didn't it become popular?

"Tourism projects need long-term investment, but also seize opportunities." In Lin Sen's view, the development of cultural tourism is not just to introduce a few projects, or make several scenic spots, but to find the most appropriate time under the tide of the times.

Pan'an will welcome its own high-speed railway station in 2024. The road is the way out. In the era of high-speed railway, Pan'an's good landscape can enter the vision of more people, and Pan'an's development channel will become wider and wider.

As the first scenery in front of the high-speed railway station, Baiyun Mountain is very important. This is also the reason why Lin Sen has to go to the project site around Baiyun Mountain three or four times a week. "The project is based on the future, and the vision should be extended, and the foundation should be firmly built." Therefore, at the construction site, Lin Sen and the project leader communicated more about details: how well the road infrastructure and landscape scheme between the station and the scenic spot are designed, how saturated the sewage pipe network and other infrastructure are, and how strong the emergency tolerance is

On the "Cloud Sea Ark" project at Baiyun Peak, Lin Sen's idea also ran ahead of others. "We will find a way to repair the road leading down the mountain to here."
