On April 18, when the reporter of the Workers' Daily saw Yao Wujiang, he was deeply affected by the sense of happiness that came naturally after his completion. He said that struggle is really a kind of happiness.
Yao Wujiang, 33 years old this year, is a technician of the underground electromechanical team in the electromechanical work area of No. 1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group. When he started working in 2010, he grew from a young student to a backbone of the enterprise, from an ordinary worker to a master of electromechanical skills. He has successively won the National Coal Youth May 4th Award, the National Technical Expert, the National Young Post Expert, and the Shanxi Model Worker, Won the laurel in the 7th National Coal Industry Vocational Skills Competition for Fully Mechanized Mining and Maintenance Electricians. In 2018, he was elected as a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress. This year, it won the National May Day Labor Medal.
Cultivate excellent skills
In 2010, after graduating from college, Yao Wujiang came to the mine to engage in underground electromechanical work.
"It is not only windy and very humid underground, but also a shift will walk more than 10 kilometers. After going to the mine, except for the eyes and teeth, the whole face is black..." Yao Wujiang, who first worked in the 1000 meter coal mine since he was young, "had no idea".
"Do you still want to work in the coal mine?" After a short period of confusion and vacillation, he decided to stay after being persistent in his ideals and easily unyielding.
"The technician can't even deal with a fault!" At first, Yao Wujiang knew nothing about the design principle and wiring method of the equipment when he followed the master to repair the high-voltage switch. He could only stand by and watch. The master's teasing also made him embarrassed and ashamed.
Realizing the gap, Yao Wujiang is determined to become a skilled player. For this reason, he was admitted to the mining major of Hebei Engineering University in his first year of work, and studied the use and maintenance of mine inverter, the principle and application of programmable controller and other teaching materials by himself. He systematically mastered the inverter maintenance technology and software application and programming of various mine electromechanical equipment, and summarized the intuitive method, measurement method, replacement exchange method Short circuit method and a set of tips for quickly troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
At the same time, he paid attention to integrating theory with practice, moved the "training ground" to his home, purchased and prepared electromechanical tools and equipment models such as displays, frequency converters, multimeters and programmable controllers, and immediately put new ideas into practice to try to solve various problems encountered in production.
Broad view and approximate, thick product and thin hair. In recent years, Yao Wujiang has made great achievements in national technical competitions. In particular, he won the first place in the 7th "Tongmei Cup" All Coal Industry Workers' Skill Competition in 2017, was awarded the title of "National Technical Expert" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and became the youngest technical master of Yangmei Group.
Work hard and work hard

As a coal mine electromechanical technician, Yao Wujiang is responsible for underground electrical equipment maintenance and power supply design. In his work, Yao Wujiang is always the first to rush ahead and work hard. Sometimes he stays underground for more than ten hours continuously to study the equipment principle, find the line and analyze the suspicious fault point.
"As long as the underground equipment breaks down, whether it is on holidays or late at night, he will come over whenever he calls." Liu Jizhong, the deputy leader of the mechanical and electrical team in the mechanical and electrical work area of No. 1 Mine, cannot hide his praise when referring to his disciple Yao Wujiang.
Once, the frequency converter of the underground fan failed. It was more than 2 a.m. after Yao Wujiang received the notice from the dispatcher, but he rushed there without saying a word. He handled the failure in more than an hour, ensuring safe production.
In 2017, No.1 Coal Mine took the lead in using the scraper inverter switch. However, problems occurred during the test, and the manufacturer's engineering and technical personnel could not eliminate the fault. When everyone was worried, Yao Wujiang calmly analyzed, led the relevant technicians to look at the drawings and data, finally found the crux of the equipment and handled it in a timely manner.
Yao Wujiang is very focused on technological innovation. Since taking part in the work, we have independently developed and completed more than 10 "five small" innovation achievements, such as "belt centralized control device", "portable power failure alarm", "aerosol dust removal device", "improvement of protection node burning", and applied them to all aspects of safety production. Among them, the "belt centralized control device" won the grand prize in the outstanding achievement selection of the "five small" competition in Shanxi coal industry in 2017.
Teach skills to employees

Like Yao Wujiang, many new colleagues want to learn technology, but they don't know where to start. In response to this practical problem, Yao Wujiang proposed to the team to make the staff "active".
Yao Wujiang proposed to organize some employees to learn in the "Second Five Year Plan" safety activities of the team, with the goal of cultivating operational and technical talents. He compiled his daily work experience into a book, organized business training in his spare time, and taught his staff skills. With the strong support of the leaders of the mine and the work area, the work area has transferred young workers to build a technical innovation team, with Yao Wujiang as the team leader, to strengthen the technical research and help.
In 2014, "Yao Wujiang Master Studio" came into being as a mine level master studio, and in 2017, it was rated as a provincial employee innovative studio.
Relying on the studio, he provided skills training twice a week. He explained the technical essentials and working principles for each employee, strengthened the trainees' ability to respond to electronic technology, constantly enriched the training content, and carried out comprehensive management and assessment rewards, which comprehensively improved the trainees' skill level. He discussed the problems encountered in his work with everyone, communicated with and learned from each other, tried to create a good atmosphere of learning and catching up with others, imparted what he learned to his disciples unreservedly, and cultivated a large number of excellent "technical masters" for the unit.
