Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
1、 Selection principle
Adhere to the principle of the Party governing cadres, the Party governing talents, having both ability and integrity, putting morality first, and being recognized by the masses; Adhere to the principle of paying attention to actual achievements and being open, fair, just, competitive and selective; Adhere to the principle of market allocation of talents and contract management; Adhere to the principle of combining personal will with organizational arrangements.

3、 Selection conditions
（1） Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and have good political quality and moral character;
（2） Love the cause of the development zone, have the ability and professional quality matching the position, have strong organizational leadership ability, pioneering and innovative ability, and the ability to deal with complex problems;
（3） Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, enterprise management, business administration, law, financial investment, etc; Professional requirements can be appropriately relaxed for those with experience in enterprise management and investment promotion.
（4） Be familiar with the development policies of the development zone, and have rich grassroots practical experience in economic operation, park management, legal policies, business negotiations, and service enterprises;

（6） Personnel who have one of the following circumstances shall not register:
1. Those who have been subject to criminal punishment due to crimes, or who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China or public office;
2. Party discipline and political discipline are not lifted during the period of case filing and review;
3. Those who have been found guilty of fraud and other serious violations of the exam employment discipline in the recruitment of public officials at all levels, and are still prohibited from taking the exam;

4、 Salary
（1） The employed personnel shall enjoy the personnel and salary treatment of the demonstration zone during the employment period, and implement contract management.
（2） Sign performance target contracts, implement tenure target responsibility system assessment management, define job responsibilities, performance goals, rights and obligations, and determine remuneration based on performance; Sign confidentiality contracts, implement competition restriction management, and clarify legal responsibilities.
（3） Wanrong County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (Bureau of Commerce) and the Management Committee of Wanrong Modern Agricultural Industry Demonstration Zone conduct peacetime, annual and term assessment on the selected personnel.
5、 Selection procedure
（1） Registration and qualification review

2. Qualification review

（2） Comprehensive evaluation and interview

（3） Background investigation
