（1） Base course inspection and treatment

Clean the concrete surface with 10-15% hydrochloric acid for the oil stain and wax water on the ground, and wait until the reaction is complete (no bubbles will be generated). 2. The following methods are available for the determination of water content and its treatment:
The moisture content of the base course is lower than 8%, and the relative humidity of the air is lower than 85%. The ground water content is measured by the plastic film method. 45cmX45em plastic film is placed horizontally on the concrete surface, and after 16 hours of sealing the four sides with adhesive tape, water drops appear under the film or the concrete surface turns black, indicating that the concrete surface has a high water content and is not suitable for painting.
3. The method of removing moisture is as follows:

② Heating: increase the temperature of concrete and air, and accelerate the rapid evaporation of water in concrete.
（2） Primer application

Mix the low viscosity solvent-free epoxy sealing primer in proportion, mix fully and evenly, roll coat or paint with a scraper within the available time, so that it can fully wet the concrete and penetrate into the inner layer of the concrete.
When painting, it is straight, thin and even. After painting, it is glossy, and when it is dull, it shall be recoated at an appropriate time.
（3） Intermediate coating construction

During construction, remove bubbles with trowel tip and pick out coarse impurities; After the intermediate coating is cured, the putty shall be scraped, filled and polished to provide a good surface for the surface coating.
（4） Surface coating construction
After the epoxy color paste and curing agent are mixed evenly, the special trowel is used to evenly coat and keep the flatness. The impurities found during coating shall be removed immediately, and the big bubbles shall be removed with the tooth tip.

（5） Finishing paint curing
The protective agent can be applied 48 hours after the completion of the finish paint construction, and can not be applied with water, oil, alkali and other chemicals within a week.
4、 Construction of special parts
Since there are drainage ditches and floor drains around the pump room and smoke exhaust machine room, special treatment shall be carried out for the base layer beside the drainage ditches and floor drains.
（1） Treatment of internal and external corners of drainage ditch
The circular curvature of the intersection angle between the drainage ditch and the ground in the pump room and smoke exhaust machine room R=30~50ram. Special spatula is used for the construction of R angle. The construction steps are as follows:
Stick protective tape on the wall and ground within the construction scope of corner R to prevent pollution to the wall and ground.
Use polymer cement and special spatula to make R angle. After forming and final setting of R angle, spray water to make it wet so as to increase its strength.
Depending on the curing condition of the polymer cement, the uneven parts of the wall, floor and R angle shall be polished with sandpaper.
Clean the dust on the surface of corner R and apply primer. Apply EH-C material with anti falling agent on the surface of R corner. The ground epoxy paint can be applied only after EH-C material on the surface of R corner is cured.
（2） Epoxy floor construction around floor drain
Base treatment around the floor drain: grind the floor drain into a cone with a small slope with a portable angle grinder, clean the dust with a vacuum cleaner, and then apply epoxy primer, and repair the uneven parts with epoxy mortar.
Before applying the finishing paint on a large area, brush the area around the floor drain with a thin brush, and then apply the overall finishing paint. The finish paint around the floor drain shall not be too thick, because the finish paint has leveling property, it is easy to flow into the floor drain if it is thick. The floor drain cover and other non epoxy parts shall be pasted with double-sided tape to protect them from pollution.
5、 Quality control
（1） Base course requirements
1. The surface of the base course shall be flat without irregularities and unevenness.
2. The base concrete grade shall be ≥ C25, and the base surface shall be firm without sanding, shelling or hollowing.
3. If the moisture content of the base surface is less than 8%, the base course should be treated with damp proof course.
（2） Technical Requirements
1. The vertical plane shall be constructed first to avoid polluting the horizontal plane.
2. If the interval between layers is more than 7 days, the base course shall be roughened with a sander and then primed to increase its adhesion‘
3. When there are bubbles in the coating and troweling, the bubbles shall be removed before hardening.
4 The construction environment shall be dustproof and closed. Avoid construction under low temperature and high humidity conditions; After coating, it shall be fully maintained before being put into use.
5. The epoxy self leveling surface is flat and smooth, with consistent color and no obvious color difference.
