1、 Competition background and significance
As an important method of learning management theory, case analysis aims to guide students to integrate theory with practice, promote learning for application, and encourage truth seeking and innovation. The School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University and Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) jointly held the 7th "Daxin Cup" Case Analysis Competition of School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University - Audit Professional Competition. The theme of this competition is financial fraud and countermeasures, and the case materials are real cases. Through this competition, on the one hand, students' practical application ability of audit professional knowledge can be further improved, and their practical ability to find and deal with problems can be improved; On the other hand, it can build a platform for training practical and innovative talents in the audit profession, strengthen school enterprise cooperation, promote enterprise brand, and achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
2、 Theme and background information
Subject: Financial fraud and countermeasures
See Annex 1 for case background information and discussion questions. The proposed scheme must focus on the financial fraud and countermeasures of the case company, but not limited to the problems raised in the background information.
3、 Participants
Students in school (including undergraduates, masters and doctoral students). It is required to take part in the competition in groups, with 4 players in each group. There is no requirement for majors and grades. Each team that goes to the finals needs to have one instructor. You are welcome to form a cross professional and cross college team for the competition.

6、 Schedule
The competition is divided into preliminary stage and final stage. The preliminary stage includes the forecast name, start and answer, submission of preliminary scheme and other stages. The final stage includes two stages: scheme modification and on-site final. The competition case materials are provided by the competition organizing committee. In the preliminary stage, all the participating teams will analyze the case data provided and submit the analysis report; According to the submitted report, select 8 teams to enter the finals; In the final stage, the advanced teams further modify and improve the scheme and submit the final scheme; The on-site final stage is to conduct case analysis on the spot, score according to the case analysis report and on-site competition performance, and determine the final score.

The competition organizing committee will announce the management cases of BJTU and BJTU graduate students through the management homepage and WeChat official account.
For forecasters, please download the application form in Annex 3, fill in the relevant information (4 people in each group), and then use the "Audit Professional Division of the Case Analysis Competition of the School of Economics and Management" Enrollment+group name ” As the subject of the mail, the application form will be sent to the public mail before the deadline in the forename stage jgcase@126.com 。
2. Competition start and question answering : scheduled for March twenty-three Day 14:00 It was held in Sidong 821 Conference Room.
The organizing committee will invite relevant persons in charge of Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) to come to our school to explain and answer questions about the background and problems of the cases, and hold the launching ceremony of this competition. please sign up Students must participate in the competition and enter the venue in advance.
3. Case solution submission: the deadline is April twenty 12:00 on the day.
The team should submit the program report in Word and PDF. The file name is: Audit Professional Division of Case Analysis Competition of School of Economics and Management Preliminary+group name 。 Please send the electronic version to the email address jgcase@126.com , a paper copy shall be submitted to the 603 Case Center Office, Siyuan East Building, Beijing Jiaotong University, Failure to submit the paper version of the scheme report shall be deemed as abandonment of the competition.
4. Preliminary evaluation: April twenty-one Day - April twenty-six day
The competition organizing committee invited experts and enterprise judges to give scores according to the reports submitted by each team. The scoring standard is shown in the original notice of preliminary contest scoring table. Each report will be reviewed by 5 judges (including school judges and enterprise judges), and the total score will be calculated. The 8 teams with the highest total score will enter the final, and the list of those who are qualified for the final will be announced through the website of the School of Economics and Management and other channels.
5. Publish the promotion list: April twenty-seven day
（2） Final stage: April 28, 2023 - May 12, 2023
The teams that are qualified for the finals need to submit the word, PDF and ppt electronic versions of the case analysis report again within the specified time (file name: Audit Professional Division of the Case Analysis Competition of the School of Economics and Management Final+group name ）To mailbox jgcase@126.com 。 The submission time and final time will be announced when the final list is announced.
The competition rules are as follows:
On site PK (4 groups of PK opponents are determined by drawing lots, and each group is divided into 2 groups for 1 group, each group lasts 42 minutes)
(1) Each team that is qualified for the final should prepare a mature and original case study report (ppt version), and make on-site presentations. The presentation and question and answer time is 30 minutes for each group.
① Party A and Party B go on stage, Party A makes a statement, and Party B asks questions about Party A's statement; Team B makes a statement, and Team A asks questions about Team B's statement.
② Four people on the stage should make statements, and the fourth speaker should make a concluding speech. The presentation time of each team is 10 minutes, and the question and answer session is 5 minutes. Each question can only ask one question and it should not exceed 30 seconds. Each question and answer lasts for 2 minutes. Please stand up for questions and answers.
③ The questioner can designate one of the other team members to answer the question. After the designated team members finish answering, other team members can supplement. If two or more people raise their hands to supplement, the host will designate the additional answering team members. A designated player cannot be asked questions continuously.
(2) Questions and answers of judges (12 minutes for each group)
The judges ask questions to the team on the stage. There is no time limit for judges to ask questions, but please be as brief as possible. The questions and answers will last for 12 minutes. Please stand up when the team on the stage answers, and the time for each answer shall not exceed 2 minutes. If the judges have no questions, the host can cancel or end the question session of the judges in advance.
7、 Final evaluation results
The final evaluation results are divided into two parts: case analysis report and on-site performance. The score of each team is the sum of the scores of the two parts. Among them, the score of case analysis report review is 60 points, and the score of on-site performance is 40 points. For scoring criteria and key points, see the final scoring table (Table 2 in Annex 2).
The team must submit the case analysis report (paper version) to the 603 Case Center in Sidong Building one day before the official start of the on-site competition. Those who fail to submit the report after the deadline will be disqualified.
VIII Award setting
There are two groups of first prize, the certificate of award and the corresponding prize, and the instructor will get the corresponding prize.
There are 3 groups of second prizes, with certificates and corresponding prizes, and the instructor will receive corresponding prizes.
There are three groups of third prizes, with certificates and corresponding prizes, and the instructor will receive corresponding prizes.
Two Most Valuable Team Members will be awarded with certificates and corresponding prizes.
In addition to the above awards, graduate students from the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University can also receive bonus points for comprehensive quality according to the level of the college level competition.
