In order to enrich the cultural and artistic life of children, on the morning of May 17, the "2023 Let Dreams Fly, Binzhou Children's Art Festival Series Activities - Flowers under the Red Flag, Binzhou Children's Art Exhibition and Outdoor Large Live Painting Activities", sponsored by Binzhou Culture and Tourism Bureau and organized by Binzhou Culture Museum and Binzhou Art Museum, opened in Binzhou Culture Museum.

Since 2014, the "Let Dreams Fly" series activities held in conjunction with Children's Day have become a cultural brand to show the artistic creation of children in Binzhou. More than 150 children's art works exhibited in the "Flower under the Red Flag · Binzhou Children's Art Exhibition" are mainly prints. In recent years, the teachers of the two teaching institutions have followed the rules of children's art teaching and introduced the appreciation and creation of print art into children's art teaching. During the course research and implementation, experience courses in various forms of creation such as wood engraving, paper engraving, copper engraving, watermark engraving, and silk screen printing are offered. Let students understand the history of printmaking, plate making techniques, and printing knowledge. Especially in the current era of rapid development of digital information technology, comprehensive materials and digital multimedia are involved in print art, giving students more room to play and create, and providing a broader platform for re understanding print art. In terms of theme selection, print teaching is also combined with revolutionary history and political hot spots. Encourage students to use prints as the "standing image" of revolutionary martyrs, carry out patriotism education, enhance students' national pride, and cultivate students' humanistic quality.
