Chapter 27 Gunter's Ring

Lucius felt that his eloquence had improved greatly.

He has told several people in a few weeks how to create the future by combining magic and Muggle technology.

But he had never seen such a calm audience as Sirius.

Even Dumbledore at least made a little expression, but Sirius had a poker face all the way, and even yawned when Lucius talked about the most wonderful place.

"I'll think about it again," he said finally.

Lucius had to strongly invite him to have dinner together.

"The restaurant I specially ordered is in Big Ben..."

"I used to go to that restaurant when I was young, and I had many bad memories," Sirius said.

Lucius almost forgot that he is also a pure blood, and the pure blood supremacy of the Black family is even more serious than that of the Malfoy family.

"I ordered an Oriental restaurant in Chinatown, which is far away from Big Ben..." Lucius said without changing his face.

Sirius looked at him in surprise: "Dumbledore and Lupin agreed to pick me up."

"Then go together! I invite you." Lucius was cheeky.

He asked the owl to send a letter to Dumbledore, and made an appointment to meet him at the Leaky Cauldron Bar. After that, the four people sat in Lucius' magic car and drove to Chinatown.

Lucius is not the first time to come here. He came here to eat when he missed his hometown food, and even tried to buy some hot pot ingredients back. This time he didn't dare to take several people to eat hot pot, but entered a normal restaurant.

There is the "normal" of Zuo Zongtang chicken and fortune cookie.

Four people entered a box, and Lucius simply ordered twelve dishes. He ignored the eye contact of the other three people several times. It was obvious that Sirius and Luping were both wondering who had put such a superb soul snatching curse on Lucius.

"Mr. Malfoy, the parents you proposed to attend the class can be scheduled for next week," said Dumbledore.

"That's great. I wonder if you have found out, headmaster, that Lockhart is not suitable for being a teacher?" Lucius asked.

"Mr. Lockhart is really conceited sometimes." Dumbledore's tone was flat.

Lucius seriously suspected that Lockhart was recruited by Dumbledore as cannon fodder.

"In fact, I think Mr. Lupin is very suitable to be a teacher in the defense against the dark arts class." Lucius looked at Lupin and said.

Lu Ping stopped his hand in front of the Zuo Zongtang chicken, and his eyes were a little dazed.

"Mr. Malfoy, I heard that Fudge applied for a special immunity from Weisengamo a few days ago?" Dumbledore stirred the rice in the plate and said.

"Yes," Lucius nodded.

In order to sell the products to Muggles, Lucius needs the Ministry of Magic to apply for some special treatment for him. Of course, Fudge can't make a decision on such matters alone, so he applied to Weisengamo.

Dumbledore, as the chief magician of Weisengamo, Lucius heard that he had a veto.

"I know that at least half of the magicians in Weisengamo are willing to vote the same as you." Lucius looked at Dumbledore and tried to show his most sincere smile.

But Dumbledore did not like this: "The other half must be close to Mr. Malfoy."

"I believe they will all make the same choice in the end," Lucius said.

"Maybe, but I want to know the other six Horcruxes and the location of the Dark Lord." Dumbledore began to talk about the terms.

For a moment, the table was silent, and Luping and Sirius stopped chewing.

"It's better to choose a day than to hit it. Maybe tomorrow is a suitable time. I will take you to get a horcrux myself," Lucius said.

The gold cup is in the vault of the Lestrange family, and he will try to take all the wealth in this vault as his own. It is estimated that Voldemort hid the most valuable things in it, which is a real magic luxury.

The real locket should be in Sirius' home, but it may not be the right time to talk about it now.

All that remained were the crown and the ring. Lucius wanted to find a time to slip into Hogwarts to get the crown.

Nagini is not counted for the time being, so there is only one ring left.

Lucius only knows that the ring is in Gunter's old house, but he does not know the specific location of Gunter's old house, and now is a good time for him to gain Dumbledore's trust

If they can get it together, and when Dumbledore is about to wear the ring, Lucius shouts to stop and save Dumbledore's life

What a perfect plan.

"Where is the exact location?" asked Dumbledore.

"Can we meet in the headmaster's office? Then we'll go there together." Lucius was afraid Dumbledore would get ahead.

"Well, what is this Horcrux?" Dumbledore asked again.

Lucius thought for a while, told Dumbledore what was supposed to be all right, and said, "It's a ring."

Dumbledore nodded.

Then the meal went on awkwardly and silently.

Lucius left first, and then went to settle the bill, giving the remaining three a chance to communicate. Luping and Sirius made eye contact, and their eyes almost popped out.

He went home and made adequate preparations, including magic wand, Gatlin, dagger, Browning, and a rope, in case Dumbledore could not control it

They arrived at Hogwarts at about ten o'clock in the morning. Lucius arrived at Hogwarts at half past nine. There was no one in the corridor outside the principal's office. He pretended to say to the stone beast at the door, "Dangdang, I'm looking for Dumbledore."

The stone beast ignored him.

"How should I knock or ring the doorbell?"

The stone beast still didn't respond.

So Lucius had the courage to try what was written in the novel. Dumbledore often used to open the door to say: "Zizi honey candy, Bibi multi flavor beans, lemon soda, cockroach pile?"

The stone beast jumped away.

Lucius stepped up the revolving stairs and knocked again before entering the office, but still no one answered.

Old Deng hasn't got up yet?

Lucius opened the door.

The headmaster's office was empty. A portrait on the wall saw Lucius come in and said loudly, "Ha! Boy, you must wait for a while!"

Lucius looked at the portrait: "Are you President Black? Phineas Black?"

"Yes, it's me!" The old man in the portrait stood up proudly. "My great grandson was released from prison yesterday! He didn't kill those twelve Muggles!"

Lucius looked at him doubtfully, wondering whether the old man was happy or unhappy.

"As soon as he got back to the house, he swore at me endlessly, and the little girl kept screaming." Phineas complained in full spirit.

"Little girl?" Lucius looked at Phineas in shock. There was a little girl at No. 12, Grimmer Square? And keep shouting??

"Yes, Walbuga," said Phineas.

Lucius was strange to the name.

"Sirius's mother, my great granddaughter," Phineas added.

“……”

Lucius silently looked away.

He remembered the portrait of the old woman written in the novel, which was hung behind a curtain. She would scream and abuse crazily if disturbed by any movement. In addition, her portrait was also permanently pasted and could not be removed from the wall.

In front of Phineas, she was really a little girl, or a very young one.

"Boy, what are you doing here?" Phineas asked again.

"I'm looking for the headmaster." Lucius could not bear it. "Are you sleepy today? Talk so much?" He looked at the portraits beside him and saw that they were dozing.

"I'm very angry," said Phineas

"Did they stay there?" Lucius asked.

"Of course not! Just looked around. I think they will certainly throw away many valuable things. Although the house looks like a garbage dump, it is full of pure blood aristocratic things!" Phineas said scornfully.

Lucius looked at the crouching old man in the portrait. He thought that the other party had learned that Sirius was out of prison, and planned to go back to care about the expelled great grandson, but he was disappointed.

"Do you know that feeling? You are also a pure blood aristocrat. What would you think if your son mixed up with a hybrid?" Phineas said again.

Lucius was speechless and had to ask, "Do you know where the headmaster Dumbledore has gone?"

There were only a few minutes left before the appointed time, but the old Deng had not returned.

Phineas suddenly laughed "ha" and said, "He's going to do something very dangerous. I can't tell you."

Lucius suddenly had a bad feeling.

"How did you know he was going to do something very dangerous?"

"He left a message for Snape before he left, but I can't tell you," Phineas said.

Lucius was so angry that he wanted to put his hand into the picture and beat the old man, but he could only bear it: "Just tell me, and I will teach Sirius a lesson for you."

Phineas glanced sideways at him: "Really?"

"Really, I promise."

"Well, I'll tell you." Phineas hooked his hand and motioned Lucius to go.

Lucius hurried to listen, but before Phineas could speak, a green flame lit up in the fireplace, and Snape appeared. He looked at Lucius without any accident, but frowned seriously and asked, "Where is the headmaster?"

"I didn't say anything!" Phineas said loudly at once, and then disappeared from the portrait.

Lucius didn't have time to greet: "I don't know. Did he tell you where he was going?"

"Gunter's old house," said Snape, and disappeared with a snap.

Lucius stood stupidly in the principal's office, and before his head could turn around, he heard another explosion. Snape appeared again, accompanied by Dumbledore with closed eyes and a painful face.

Lucius saw the black ring on Dumbledore's hand at a glance, and the fingers under the ring were slowly becoming dry. Snape helped Dumbledore to the beast's foot chair and sat down. He took out his wand and kept whispering.

Light came from the tip of his wand, and Snape took out a bottle of liquid medicine from the pocket of his robe and poured it into Dumbledore's mouth.

"Good heavens." Lucius was shocked.

"Is that what you agreed with the headmaster?" Snape turned around, and Dumbledore had slowly opened his eyes.

Lucius didn't answer. He looked at Dumbledore and said, "Albus Dumbledore, you are such a fool!"
