I don't know whether you guys have heard of this island. In fact, I haven't heard of it before. It's just that AMMA's friends came out of this island. So this time, our friends took us to his home to play for a few days, and at the same time, we enjoyed the most authentic seafood feast of island fishermen! it ' s a rewarding trip!

The most famous and best seafood in Langqi is razor clam. Every family grows razor clam, which is very fat. Due to the characteristics of the Langqi sea area, it is most suitable for culturing razor clams due to the large amount of sand and dust. My friend said that walking barefoot on the beach after the ebb tide, the unique sea water and sand here also have a good sterilization effect on the skin.

Although the sea of Langqi is not as clear as that of Qingdao, it feels different.









AMMA and his party rushed to the seaside early in the morning, and we were waiting for a scene - harvesting razor clams. When my friend said something, a group of fishermen would suddenly appear at the seaside, who were carrying the burden of picking their own razor clams.

Every fisherman carries such a burden, full of fat razor clams, and can read the words in their hearts from their faces: "Today, we can sell at a good price again!" It's good!

Local fishermen will boil the razor clam with clear water and extract the most essential part of the razor clam from the soup - razor clam juice. It's said that only 100kg razor clams can be extracted from ordinary mineral water bottles. It's very delicious to cook soup with the extracted razor clam juice. Just one word - fresh!
