This tutorial takes installing SQL Server 2019 under Windows Server 2019 as an example.
1、 Windows Server Optimization:

1. Turn off Windows Defender
In [Settings] - [Update and Security] - [Windows Security Center] - [Open Windows Security Center], click the "Virus and Threat Protection" setting,

On the Application and Browser Control tab, close Check Application and File.
download Defender Control , click the Disabled button to shut down Windows Defender completely.
2. Turn off automatic updates
Download Windows Update Blocker , select Disable Updates, and then click Apply Now to turn off automatic updates
2、 SQL Server Installation
1. Download on Microsoft's official website SQL Server 2019： https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/sql-server/sql-server-downloads , you can download the free version of Express, which has certain functional limitations. Of course, you can also go to https://msdn.itellyou.cn/ Download Enterprise Edition, and the installation process is the same.
2. Open SQL2019-SSEI-Expr.exe and select the installation type“ custom ”！
If you downloaded the iso installation image, you can directly skip to step 4.
3. Select the installation location, and then download the package.
4. Click the new SQL Server standalone installation or add features to the existing installation.
If the interface does not appear automatically, you can enter the previously selected installation location folder and open SETUP EXE
5. After accepting the license terms, always click Next. If you want to enter a key, you can find one online.

6. Instance configuration, select to use Default Instance 。

3、 SQL Server Configuration
1. In the Start menu, open SQL Server 2019 Configuration Manager.
2. Find SQL Server in SQL Server Service, right click Properties to open it or double-click to open it.
3. Log in as, change to [Built in Account], select [Local System], and click OK.
4. In SQL Server Network Configuration, find TCP/IP, double-click to open it, and change "Enabled" to "Yes".
5. Then restart the SQL Server service: Right click SQL Server in SQL Server Service and select Restart.
6. Start ->Manage Tools ->Local Security Policy. In Account Policy ->Password Policy, find [Password must meet complexity requirements] and change this to "Disabled"“
6. In the Easypanel background server settings, the sqlserver account is filled with sa, and the password is filled in. The port is 1433 by default
7. On the Easypanel background home page, the server status and the green check next to the sqlserver indicate that the connection was successful.
8. Add a new website test, and select to activate the sql server database. After adding, go to SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to check whether the database is successfully created.
You can see that the database starting with sq_ has been successfully created.
9. In addition, after the 1433 port is opened by the server security group, the database can be linked locally through SSMS or Navicat.
