(2) Discipline and specialty requirements for high-level talents introduction

Chinese language and literature, foreign language and literature, journalism and communication, philosophy, theoretical economics, applied economics, law, political science, sociology, ethnology, Marxist theory, pedagogy, Chinese history, world history, and other disciplines that are in urgent need of a high-level foreign language university with the characteristics of "Chinese foreign cultural exchanges in a new era". The talents introduced by the school are divided into Xiangyu outstanding talents and Xiangyu outstanding talents.

1. Xiangyu outstanding talents

(1) Level 1

Members of the Academic Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, candidates of the National Outstanding Talents Program, winners of the National Highest Science and Technology Award, internationally renowned strategic scientists or other talents at the above levels.

(2) Level 2

National leading talents, winners of the National Award for Distinguished Teachers in Colleges and Universities, or other talents equivalent to the above levels.

(3) Level 3

(4) Introduction procedure

2、 Recruitment of ordinary teachers and management teaching assistant posts

(1) Application conditions

(2) Recruitment position

2. Qualification review and primary selection

The school conducts qualification review and primary selection of candidates according to recruitment conditions and job requirements. The primary selection of full-time teachers is conducted in the form of interview and professional ability inspection; The primary selection of counselors, other technical and management posts shall be conducted by letter. The score of the primary election is based on a hundred point system, and the qualified line is 70 points. The personnel who pass the primary election enter the assessment stage.

3. Assessment

(1) Interviews are required for full-time teacher positions. According to the interview results, the candidates for the audition shall be determined at a ratio of 1:5. The comprehensive score shall be calculated according to the weight of 50% of the interview score and 50% of the lecture score, and the score above 70 points shall be submitted to the school for review.

(2) Interviews are required for counselors, other technical and management positions. According to the interview results, the interns shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:2.
