1. Xiangyu outstanding talents
(1) Level 1
Members of the Academic Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, candidates of the National Outstanding Talents Program, winners of the National Highest Science and Technology Award, internationally renowned strategic scientists or other talents at the above levels.
(2) Level 2

（4） Introduction procedure
1. The candidate fills in the relevant registration information in the recruitment system of Beijing International Studies University at http://zhaopin.bisu.edu.cn 。

2、 Recruitment of ordinary teachers and management teaching assistant posts
（1） Application conditions

2. Qualification review and primary selection
The school conducts qualification review and primary selection of candidates according to recruitment conditions and job requirements. The primary selection of full-time teachers is conducted in the form of interview and professional ability inspection; The primary selection of counselors, other technical and management posts shall be conducted by letter. The score of the primary election is based on a hundred point system, and the qualified line is 70 points. The personnel who pass the primary election enter the assessment stage.
3. Assessment
(1) Interviews are required for full-time teacher positions. According to the interview results, the candidates for the audition shall be determined at a ratio of 1:5.
