Leju has been leading the innovation and reform of real estate Internet marketing. The real estate e-commerce platform launched and founded by Leju has led the development of real estate e-commerce from 1.0 event marketing to 2.0 channel marketing, and then extended to 3.0 sunshine platform E Xintong, and joined 4.0 real estate financial tool Leju Loan, gradually creating a market situation of "no e-commerce, no marketing" in China's real estate industry. With the rapid development of new media such as microblog, Leju has integrated Sina microblog resources into integrated marketing applications in the real estate industry, pioneered the micro real estate service system, and has been widely used in new media marketing in the real estate market. In February, Sina split the real estate and home channel, and Leju was born.

In June, Sina Leju launched Leju Fair to gather high-end buyers and provide VIP whole process home purchase and relocation services.
In August, the Bank issued China's first residential co branded credit card with the Bank of East Asia.
In October, E-House (China) Holding Co., Ltd. merged its Kerui information consulting business with Sina Leju, established China Real Estate Information Group and successfully listed on NASDAQ.

In April, Sina Leju Real Estate Commercial Communication products were officially launched.
In May, it reached a strategic cooperation with Baidu, a leading Chinese search service provider, and launched Baidu Leju to provide comprehensive and timely real estate information services and new network experiences for Chinese Internet users through powerful search engine tools and professional real estate industry databases. In the same year, Baidu Real Estate and Home Furnishing Channel was officially launched.
In August, we cooperated with Baidu Leju to develop the real estate CPA mode, and launched the first service hotline of the real estate household industry, "Real Estate Best" 400-606-6969.

In April, Sina Leju joined hands with SOHO China to complete the first auction of e-commerce real estate, and the online auction of two stores was successful at one stroke. Since then, real estate marketing has entered a new era.
In June, Leju second-hand housing launched the "certified housing" product, which is based on the real housing supply, through the certification release of the real housing supply with limited quantity and high value, and on the premise of standardized and honest services, to comprehensively promote the efficient transaction of the second-hand housing market.
In August, Leju Real Estate E-Commerce (eju. com), China's first real estate online trading platform, was launched, leading the real estate e-commerce industry into the era of standardized operation and opening the era of real estate e-commerce 1.0. At the same time, the 10101818 special service number call center for real estate e-commerce was launched.
In November, Leju Real Estate E-Commerce held a large-scale promotion activity of "house price can be renewed", and established China Real Estate E-Commerce Bidding Alliance with 100 real estate enterprises to ignite the real estate market with the marketing method of exchanging pricing power for buyers.

In April, Leju's parent company, E-House China, completed the merger with its China Real Estate Information Group, and Leju became a wholly-owned subsidiary of E-House China.
In May, Leju Real Estate E-Commerce launched the second generation O2O service model of real estate e-commerce, and launched the 2.0 era of real estate e-commerce with epoch-making products such as "Super E-voucher" and "E-House Online Alliance".

In April, we launched the real estate APP "Pocket Leju", which, together with "Pocket Broker", "Decoration Money Housekeeper", "Pocket Loushu", and "Leju Touch Screen Edition", formed a mobile solution for Leju real estate, and built a multi-dimensional and comprehensive real estate service matrix in depth.
In June, it pioneered the operation concept of separating e-commerce platform from service, and Leju Real Estate E-Commerce officially launched a new generation of Sunshine E-Commerce platform, E-Commerce, which ushered in the 3.0 era of real estate e-commerce.
In November, Leju Real Estate E-Commerce 4.0 was launched, and together with CITIC Bank, it created China's first real estate financial consumer product, "Leju Loan", and launched e-House co branded debit cards and credit cards.

In January, Leju second-hand housing launched an innovative mobile Internet application product "Fangniujia" for second-hand housing brokers. This product is committed to improving the business effect of the real estate brokerage industry and becomes a special vertical application product of real estate on mobile phones.
In February, Leju Real Estate E-commerce eju.com changed its domain name to leju.com and officially launched the "Leju Real Estate Purchase Network". Fangniujia carried out the activity of "paying customers without stopping" in 50 cities across the country, and the number of authenticated users climbed to 120000 in only four days, accounting for 20% of the total number of 600000 brokers in the event cities. In the same month, Leju Real Estate E-Commerce launched the "Leju Mobile E-Commerce 1.0 Platform" to develop e-commerce marketing to the mobile end, ingeniously combine e-commerce advantages with the characteristics of mobile Internet, and open up another blue ocean for real estate e-commerce marketing.
In March, Leju and Tencent signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will cooperate to develop WeChat real estate information and O2O e-commerce platform "WeChat Leju" to open up a new world for mobile real estate e-commerce.
