Production technology of sand control agent for Liqiao concrete
Product introduction:
Many mortar walls or concrete floors, due to the impact of water cement ratio, curing, construction and other factors during the construction of concrete, lead to mortar concrete cracking, cracks, sanding, sand return, dusting, low compressive strength and other phenomena, or many plants, due to the long use of the ground, there are many problems such as sanding and dusting on the ground floor, many pits on the ground, shelling and so on!
The floor is permeated with cement hardener, environmentally friendly, and can completely penetrate into the cement concrete, generate hard crystalline substances, block the pores of cement mortar concrete, increase the density, greatly improve the strength, hardness and abrasion resistance of the mortar wall and concrete floor, and achieve the function of dust prevention, hardness, abrasion resistance and easy cleaning.
Performance characteristics:
★ Simple construction: just spray and brush to achieve the ideal effect of wear resistance, hardening and brightening;
★ Infiltration and solidification: it can effectively penetrate into the ground for 5~15mm, increase the compressive strength by 40%, and effectively improve the hardness, density and strength;
★ Impermeability: the hardened ground can prevent water and oil from seeping into the concrete.
Construction steps:
★ The product is composed of two components, A and B, and is colorless, transparent and milky white liquid;
★ When using, it should be mixed evenly according to the weight ratio of 1:1;
★ Firstly, the damaged ground in the earlier stage shall be completely cleaned up, and the dust shall be cleaned up, so as not to leave ash. If it is necessary to use water for flushing treatment, the construction shall be carried out under the condition that the ground is free of ponding or too wet. It is better to construct new ground when the concrete needs to be initially set on the foundation surface;
★ Mix the floor penetration enhancer at a ratio of 1:1 by weight, scrape or roll coat it on the ground in batches, and repeat the construction twice. According to the local construction temperature and conditions, the interval between the two times is appropriate when the drying degree of the construction reaches 70%. What should be noted here is that the local serious sanding needs to be brushed again. The number of times and amount of brushing again depend on the site situation. For places with serious material separation or rapid penetration, materials must be timely replenished for its penetration and infiltration. Generally, there is less seepage at places with high surface density, and more seepage at places with low surface density, which shall be treated differently during construction;
★ Maintenance: The floor penetration enhancer can be used 24 hours after construction.
Coverage rate: 4-6 square meters per kilogram. The actual data depends on the absorption rate of the site.
