Product introduction:
The concrete floor sealing curing agent is used to improve the hardness and strength of the concrete. It penetrates into the concrete to seal, and forms dense crystals after chemical reaction. With simple construction and low cost, it is widely used on cement concrete surfaces of plants, warehouses, workshops, underground garages, playgrounds, etc. In industrial and civil buildings, concrete and cement mortar floors are widely used. However, if the materials are used improperly and the construction methods are not standardized, common quality problems such as ash, sand, cracks, sand, pockmarks and hollowing are likely to occur.

Performance:
1. Infiltration and solidification: effectively penetrate 5~8mm to produce hardening reaction with cement to form a compact whole.
2. Wear resistance and hardening: effectively improve the density of the ground, control dust and sand, and effectively improve the hardness and density.
3. Sealing and dust-proof: penetrate into the concrete for deep sealing, extend the service life of concrete, and make the ground easier to clean and maintain.

Reason for ground sanding:
1. When mixing concrete and mortar, excessive water is added, or the mixing is uneven, and the mortar separates and reacts until the surface is sanded and peeled.
2. The surface is not polished enough, and the compaction is not solid, resulting in water separation and sand rising.
3. The calendering time is not well controlled, or after final setting, the mortar surface is damaged and sanding occurs.
4. The strength grade of cement used is too low, resulting in the failure to meet the required strength grade.
5. The sand and gravel aggregate used is too fine, resulting in the failure to reach the required strength grade.
6. Improper curing. The normal curing of cement concrete is affected by moisture or external factors during the curing period.
