1. The 1,4,5-inositol triphosphate ELISA kit (enzyme-linked method) takes out the required strips from the aluminum foil bag after 20 min of room temperature equilibrium, and the remaining strips are sealed with self sealing bags and put back at 4 ℃.
2. Set the standard hole and sample hole, and add 50 μ L standards of different concentrations to the standard hole respectively;

6. Add 50 μ L of substrate A and 50 μ L of substrate B into each well, and incubate in dark at 37 ℃ for 15min.
7. Add 50 μ L of termination solution into each hole, and measure the OD value of each hole at the wavelength of 450nm within 15min.
