Operation process
1、 Book space
Before booking, you need to fax or mail the following documents to our company on working days:
1. Maritime consignment;
2. Identification result sheet for use of dangerous goods packaging; Inspection result sheet of packaging performance of entry-exit goods;
3. Technical specification of packaged dangerous goods;
4、 Material Safety Data Sheet（MSDS）
Note 1: The letter of authorization shall indicate the name of the product, chemical molecular formula, box type and dangerous goods grade in both Chinese and English
(CLASS NO.), UN No., cargo packaging, and special requirements to facilitate the application for shipping space and declaration of dangerous goods;
Note 2: Non dangerous goods: Chemical Research Institute has made (appraisal certificate of cargo transportation conditions) and determined them as non dangerous goods.
2. Dangerous goods: the Chemical Research Institute shall prepare the appraisal certificate of cargo transportation conditions to determine its danger;
Note 3: Non dangerous goods shall be replaced with non dangerous guarantee according to the requirements of the shipping company;
Note 4: If transshipment is involved, it is necessary to confirm with the shipping company whether there are restrictions on the transshipment port.
2、 Provide declaration materials
1、 Information
The original of declaration related materials of goods provided 4 working days in advance (2 working days in advance for Japanese line):
1. The identification result sheet of the use of dangerous goods packaging, note: different product names should correspond one by one;
2. Technical specification of packaged dangerous goods;
3. Copy of station receipt
3、 Chemical product import agent - customs declaration materials required by the destination:
A. Provide detailed composition description of imported chemical products for inspection by the Commodity Inspection Bureau and the customs;
B. Accurate customs code shall be provided for chemical synthetic materials;
C. Filing materials required for chemical import: the copy of the business license of the applicant for the filing application form, the import manufacturer's statement and relevant certification of the basic chemical composition of the product, the product label identification, the sample composition;
D. For the import of dangerous chemicals, the packing certificate of dangerous chemicals shall be provided;
C. Other documents required by the customs
Note 1: According to the above documents, and according to the correct data, product name, box type, etc., the Maritime Safety Administration will make cargo declaration, and then send the cargo declaration form and packing certificate to the shipping company for shipping declaration.
Note 2: Issued by the Maritime Safety Administration: 1. One box declaration form to be kept by the Maritime Safety Administration; 2. Issued in 3 copies
Original goods declaration form; One copy shall be kept by the Maritime Safety Administration; One copy shall be kept by the freight forwarder; One copy for ship declaration;
