In the BIOS fully AUTO state, the memory frequency is DDR5 5600MHz, and the timing is CL 46-45-45-89.

The memory supports AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 technologies, with two preset frequencies:

In this test, we started the XMP 6800MHz (CL 34-46-46-108) file. In order to give you a more intuitive impression, we added a comparison with the default frequency (5600MHz).

CPU-Z benchmark test.

In this test, the performance of single core and multi-core is slightly improved when XMP is turned on compared with the default frequency.

7-ZIP compression and decompression benchmark.

In this test, the compression performance and decompression performance are significantly improved when XMP is turned on compared with the default frequency. The compression performance is improved by 19.01%, which can greatly improve the efficiency of users in office scenarios.

AIDA64 cache&memory benchmark.

In this test, when XMP is enabled, compared with the default frequency, the memory read, write, and copy performance increases by 38.89%, 42.03%, and 31.10%, respectively, which is still very scary.

The delay is also reduced by 23.8ns.

Then try the effect of memory in productivity application.

Stable Diffusion plot speed test.

In this test, the time taken for mapping is reduced by 0.8s, or 7.48%, when XMP is turned on compared with the default frequency, which is also considerable.

V-Ray rendering test (CPU).

In this test, the rendering speed is significantly improved when XMP is turned on compared with the default frequency.

Then try the graph theory performance test.

3Dmark Fire Strike test.

In this test, the total score, physical score and graphic score are slightly improved when XMP is turned on compared with the default frequency.

3Dmark Time Spy test.

In this test, when XMP is turned on, the total score, physical score and graphic score are all improved to a certain extent compared with the default frequency, of which CPU score is the most significantly improved by 8.50%.

For the game test, 6 games that compare the memory eating frequency are selected for the comparative test.

At 1080P resolution, when XMP is turned on, compared with the default frequency, the frame rate of each game has increased by more than 18 frames, with Rainbow 6: Siege as the most important, increasing by 105.00 frames, or 20.19%; Next are "Survival of the Jedi: Escape", "Island Horror 5" and "Island Horror 6". The increase values are 57.80 frames, 42.00 frames and 33.00 frames, respectively, with the increase amplitude of 20.79%, 22.58% and 19.76%.

Under the 1440P resolution, although the increase of each game has decreased, each game still has more than 14 frames of increase, among which "Rainbow Six: Siege", "Island Horror 5", "Island Horror 6" and "Civilization 6" are more obvious. The increase values are 52.00 frames, 39.00 frames, 26.00 frames and 25.23 frames, respectively, with an increase of 10.48%, 21.55%, 16.05% and 11.13%.

Overfrequency test.

The 14600KF external channel in my hand has an overclocking potential of 9000MHz+, so let's first use the external channel to explore the single channel limit of these two memories.

After some debugging, the memory with tail number of CA can finally reach 8800MHz high frequency. Of course, this is only a single channel mode to explore the limit, so the timing is ignored temporarily. When two memories are combined into two channels, the timing will be fine adjusted.

The memory with the tail number of CB is not poor, and also reaches the high frequency of 8800MHz for a single channel.

Then the two memories are combined into two channels, and finally 8400MHz high frequency is achieved. After fine tuning, the timing is also compressed to CL40 50 50 136.

The AIDA64 test also passed successfully. At this time, the memory bandwidth is further improved and the latency is further reduced.

4、 Summary
