Announcement details

In order to implement the plan of strengthening teachers in basic education in the new era, strengthen the construction of rural teachers, and promote rural revitalization, the Municipal Education Commission and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau have studied and decided to recruit a number of special post teachers in Chongqing in 2024. 1、 Posts and quota

In 2024, a total of 60 special post teachers will be recruited by rural schools in three districts and counties, including 39 middle school teachers and 21 primary school teachers. If the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the number of vacancies for a recruitment position is less than 2:1, the number of vacancies for that position will be reduced to 2:1; If it cannot be decreased, the recruitment position will be canceled.

2、 Application conditions

(1) Candidates must meet the following conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Good political and ideological performance, good conduct, love education, volunteer to serve rural grassroots education;

4. Age 30 and below (i.e. born after June 21, 1993); Eligible ex servicemen (including fire rescue personnel who have retired from the national comprehensive fire rescue team) who apply for the examination shall be aged 3 more years;

5. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;

6. Education background and other conditions that meet the requirements of corresponding posts;

7. Previous graduates must obtain the qualifications of teachers at the corresponding level and above when applying, and new graduates must obtain the qualifications of teachers at the corresponding level and above before July 31, 2024, and provide their student ID number when applying;

3、 Recruitment procedures

(1) Sign up

(2) Preliminary qualification

The district/county education commissions and human resources and social security bureaus are responsible for the preliminary qualification review. Candidates should carefully check the requirements of the recruitment position, fill in graduation majors and application information in good faith, accurately and in a standardized manner, self check relevant requirements, and upload electronic materials (jpg format, width to height ratio of 2:3, below 20kb) according to the webpage prompts. Online registration will not be subject to qualification review, but only to review whether the electronic photos uploaded by the candidates meet the requirements. If the electronic photos fail to pass the review, they must log in to the online registration system before the deadline for preliminary review to modify and resubmit. (4) Qualification review

Education commissions and human resources and social security bureaus of all districts and counties are responsible for qualification review. The personnel who enter the qualification review shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 2:1 to the number of recruitment quota and the total score of the written examination (the scores of the two subjects are added together) (the last one with the same score can enter the qualification review at the same time).

On July 18, 2024, each district/county will publish on the government public information network or the official website of the district/county education commission and the human resources and social security bureau and notify the personnel participating in the qualification review.

From July 18 to 20, 2024, candidates will go to the district/county education commission to participate in the qualification review, and must submit the originals and copies of the following materials:

The qualification conditions of the recruitment profession shall be reviewed based on the contents stated in the graduation certificate (refer to the degree certificate or the second bachelor's degree certificate, excluding the certificates related to minor majors or minor degrees); The review shall be carried out in accordance with the professional reference catalogue published in Annex 3 of this announcement, and the relevant rules specified in the Description of the catalogue shall be comprehensively used.

If the recruitment post has a "direction" requirement for the discipline and specialty, but the academic degree certificate cannot reflect it, the examinee should issue the transcripts of each semester or relevant certificates of the graduate school (department) that can effectively support the "direction" requirement of the recruitment specialty during the qualification review. Those who do not meet the recruitment conditions after qualification review or do not provide the above materials as required will be disqualified from applying for the examination. Interview candidates, interview time and place, etc. will be announced on the public information network of the district/county government or the official website of the district/county education commission and the human resources and social security bureau before July 20. (5) Interview (100 points)

Those who have passed the re examination of their qualifications will go to the place designated by the district/county to participate in the interview on July 20, 2024 (the specific time is subject to the notice of the district/county) with the "Examination Admission Card" and "Resident ID Card". The interview results will be announced by each district/county.

The interview items are professional skills test and comprehensive interview, each item accounting for 50 points respectively. The professional skills test methods include lecture presentation, practical assessment, and practical assessment for the setting of posts for teachers of sound, physical beauty and information technology; The comprehensive interview is structured.

Lecture presentation is mainly based on the subject of application, the designated grade and teaching content, on-site lesson preparation and presentation, mainly assessing the ability of candidates to deal with teaching materials and control the classroom, and investigating the comprehensive qualities of candidates such as thinking ability, professional quality, education and teaching philosophy, and expression ability. The practical assessment mainly inspects the examinee's professional practical operation ability, and tests the candidate's professional theory and practice. The interview results shall be announced on the spot and signed by the examinee for confirmation. If the interviewer evaluates the interview results of the examinee to be more than 90 points and less than 60 points, the reason shall be stated in the score sheet; If the final result of the interview is more than 90 points and less than 60 points, the district/county should write a written report, explain the reasons and report to the relevant municipal departments for filing.

The interview shall be organized by the education commissions and human resources and social security bureaus of each district and county, and shall be carried out in accordance with the Measures of Chongqing Municipality for Public Recruitment of Staff (YRSF [2016] No. 281). Candidates whose total interview score is less than 60 points are not allowed to enter the follow-up phase of this recruitment.

(6) Total score calculation

Total score=(professional quality score+education theory score) ÷ 2 × 50%+interview score × 50%. The total score shall be calculated in the percentage system and rounded to two digits after the decimal point.

(7) Physical examination

The candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the number of posts to be recruited and the total score of candidates from high to low 1:1. When the final place in the total score is tied, the candidates who belong to the district/county candidates, who have participated in the "College Students Volunteer Service Western Plan", volunteers with teaching experience, and graduates of teachers' colleges who have participated in internship and teaching for more than half a year are determined as candidates for physical examination in the above order of priority when the total scores of the examination and assessment are the same. (8) Post selection

The post selecting schools are primary and secondary schools in rural villages and towns. The specific school and post quota of each district/county shall be reported to the municipal education commission and the municipal human resources and social security bureau for filing in advance, and then published on the public information network of the district/county government or the official website of the district/county education commission and the district/county human resources and social security bureau. Candidates shall select employment positions from the highest to the lowest according to the type of school and position they applied for and the total score of the examination. If the total scores of the examinees are parallel, they shall be ranked from high to low according to the total scores of the written examination, the written scores of professional quality, the interview scores, and the academic qualifications (degrees). The higher one shall be preferred. The specific time and place for selecting the employer will be notified by the district and county separately. (9) Inspection

(12) Improve procedures and treatment

If the recruitment post has a "direction" requirement for the discipline and specialty, but the academic degree certificate cannot reflect it, the examinee should issue the transcripts of each semester or relevant certificates of the graduate school (department) that can effectively support the "direction" requirement of the recruitment specialty during the qualification review. Those who do not meet the recruitment conditions after qualification review or do not provide the above materials as required will be disqualified from applying for the examination. The vacancy shall be filled by the district and county according to the written examination results of candidates for the same position, from high score to low score.

Interview candidates, interview time and place, etc. will be announced on the public information network of the district/county government or the official website of the district/county education commission and the human resources and social security bureau before July 20. (5) Interview (100 points)

Those who have passed the re examination of their qualifications will go to the place designated by the district/county to participate in the interview on July 20, 2024 (the specific time is subject to the notice of the district/county) with the "Examination Admission Card" and "Resident ID Card". The interview results will be announced by each district/county.

The interview items are professional skills test and comprehensive interview, each item accounting for 50 points respectively. The professional skills test methods include lecture presentation, practical assessment, and practical assessment for the setting of posts for teachers of sound, physical beauty and information technology; The comprehensive interview is structured.

Lecture presentation is mainly based on the subject of application, the designated grade and teaching content, on-site lesson preparation and presentation, mainly assessing the ability of candidates to deal with teaching materials and control the classroom, and investigating the comprehensive qualities of candidates such as thinking ability, professional quality, education and teaching philosophy, and expression ability. The practical assessment mainly inspects the examinee's professional practical operation ability, and tests the candidate's professional theory and practice. Structured interview mainly tests candidates' language expression, comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, team awareness, professional quality and other aspects.

The interview results shall be announced on the spot and signed by the examinee for confirmation. If the interviewer evaluates the interview results of the examinee to be more than 90 points and less than 60 points, the reason shall be stated in the score sheet; If the final result of the interview is more than 90 points and less than 60 points, the district/county should write a written report, explain the reasons and report to the relevant municipal departments for filing.

The interview shall be organized by the education commissions and human resources and social security bureaus of each district and county, and shall be carried out in accordance with the Measures of Chongqing Municipality for Public Recruitment of Staff (YRSF [2016] No. 281). Candidates whose total interview score is less than 60 points are not allowed to enter the follow-up phase of this recruitment.

(6) Total score calculation

Total score=(professional quality score+education theory score) ÷ 2 × 50%+interview score × 50%. The total score shall be calculated in the percentage system and rounded to two digits after the decimal point.

(7) Physical examination

The candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the number of posts to be recruited and the total score of candidates from high to low 1:1. When the final place in the total score is tied, the candidates who belong to the district/county candidates, who have participated in the "College Students Volunteer Service Western Plan", volunteers with teaching experience, and graduates of teachers' colleges who have participated in internship and teaching for more than half a year are determined as candidates for physical examination in the above order of priority when the total scores of the examination and assessment are the same. (8) Post selection

The post selecting schools are primary and secondary schools in rural villages and towns. The specific school and post quota of each district/county shall be reported to the municipal education commission and the municipal human resources and social security bureau for filing in advance, and then published on the public information network of the district/county government or the official website of the district/county education commission and the district/county human resources and social security bureau. Candidates shall select employment positions from the highest to the lowest according to the type of school and position they applied for and the total score of the examination.
