Hu Qisheng, male, Han nationality, was born in Tongcheng, Anhui Province in May 1971. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1992 and started working in July 1993. He has a postgraduate degree and is a doctor of law in political science theory in the Department of Political Science and Administration of Peking University.[7]
He is currently the Vice Governor and member of the Party Leadership Group of Hebei Provincial People's Government.[7]
