Implemented on January 1, 2014《 Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China 》Article 25 stipulates that "the manufacturing process of special equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipeline elements, and boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, elevators, hoisting machinery Passenger ropeway The installation, transformation and major repair of large amusement facilities shall be supervised and inspected by the special equipment inspection agency in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications. " The supervision and inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the safety technical specifications on supervision and inspection issued by the national special equipment supervision and management department on the basis of the self inspection of the enterprise. The main contents are as follows:
（1） Confirm and verify items involving safety performance during manufacturing and installation, such as welding process, welder qualification, mechanical property, chemical composition, NDT, load test, factory number and other important items;
（2） Confirm the delivery technical data;
（3） Spot check the operation of the quality management system of the inspected unit. [1]
