Article 1
1. Everyone should have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right should include the freedom to profess the religion or belief of one's choice, as well as the freedom to express one's religion or belief individually or collectively, publicly or privately, by worshiping, observing religious rules, holding ceremonies and disseminating doctrines.
2. No one shall be suppressed to the detriment of his freedom to choose religion or belief.
3. The freedom to express one's religion or belief of choice can only be restricted within the scope prescribed by law and necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morality, or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
Article 2
1. Any country No organ, group or individual may discriminate against anyone on the grounds of religion or other beliefs.
2. Article 3

Article 4

Article 5
1. Parents or legal guardians have the right to arrange family life according to their religion or belief and taking into account the moral education that they believe children should receive.
2. All children shall have the right to receive education on religion or belief according to the wishes of their parents or legal guardians; They shall not be forced to accept education in a religion or belief that is against the will of their parents or legal guardians, and the guiding principles in this regard shall be those that best serve the interests of the child.
3. All children should be protected from any form of discrimination based on religion or belief. Children should be educated in the spirit of understanding, tolerance, friendship among peoples, peace, fraternity and respect for the freedom of religion or belief of others, and be fully aware that they should devote their free energy and talents to serving their compatriots.
4. For children who are not under the care of their parents or legal guardians, due consideration should also be given to their expressed wishes or any other expression that can prove their wishes in matters of religion or belief. The guiding principles in this regard should be in the best interests of the children.
5. When children receive education about religion or belief, their various practices must not harm their physical and mental health or overall development. In this regard, reference can be made to the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 1 of this Declaration.
Article 6
In accordance with article 1 of this Declaration and taking into account the provisions of article 1, paragraph 3, the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief shall emphatically include the following freedoms:
(A) Freedom of religious worship and assembly, and freedom to establish and maintain places for this purpose;
(B) Have established and maintained appropriate charities or humanitarianism Nature: freedom of institutions;
(C) Freedom to properly manufacture, acquire and use articles necessary for rituals or customs related to religion or belief;
(D) Freedom to compile, distribute and disseminate publications on religion or belief;
