Zhang Meizhi, female, Han nationality, born in September 1963 in Dacheng, Hebei Province, a member of the People's Progressive Movement, started working in July 1983, graduated from the School of Education, Hebei University, majoring in education history, an on-the-job postgraduate, and a doctoral degree in education.
He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress, and chairman of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Democratic Progressive Movement.[7][14]
