When sending messages to two-way pagers,Information Control Center(MCC) sends a short "wake up" message through the one-way system to locate the two-way pager.The network determines the base station to which the pager belongs according to the specified algorithm based on the signal paging received by several receiving base stations.When the pager receives this message, it will immediately switch to the transmission frequency of the local pager and send a confirmation message to the nearest incoming station.When the local base station receives this confirmation, it will report to MCC that the pager is ready to receive information.Then MCC sends the information to the target pager through the base station.When the pager receives this message, it will send a confirmation message to the base station, and the base station will forward it to MCC. If the base station does not receive the confirmation message, the paging network control center will resend the message to the pager.When sending information through a two-way pager, the pager sends it to the nearest base station, and the base station sends it to MCC to complete routing and processing.
