There are many difficulties in Yizhuang Line, which intersects with railways, expressways and rivers. Including upper span Liangshui River South Fifth Ring Road Jingjintang Expressway Underpass South Fourth Ring Road Shuangfeng Railway, Tonghui Drainage Canal Beijing–Tianjin Intercity Railway Beijing Tianjin Expressway [43]
Yizhuang Railway Station, the terminal of Yizhuang Line, uses the method of manual excavation to cross the second channel of Beijing Tianjin Expressway. Due to the need to ensure zero ground settlement, compared with the soft soil conditions of the location, it has become the biggest construction difficulty of the whole line. [43]
