Beijing Metro Yizhuang Line starts from Songjiazhuang Station in Fengtai District, passes through Chaoyang District and Daxing District, and ends at Yizhuang Railway Station in Tongzhou District, connecting the central urban area of Beijing withBeijing Economic and Technological Development Zone。
By March 2020, the total length of Beijing Metro Yizhuang Line is 23.3 kilometers;There are 14 stations in total, including 6 underground stations and 8 elevated stations;It has one Songjiazhuang parking lot and one Taihu depot;The train adopts 6-car marshalling B-type train.[1]
In 2004, the planning of Yizhuang Line was agreed in principle. The line direction and the completed line are mainly different in the core area of Yizhuang Development Zone, and the length is slightly shorter.
In May 2007, the line planning scheme of Yizhuang Line passed the review and was approved by Beijing Municipal Planning Commission.[3]
On December 8, 2007, the construction of Yizhuang Line started.[4]
On August 25, 2008, the Yizhuang Line construction and transfer project was officially signed, and the winning bidderBeijing Urban Construction GroupHe will be responsible for the investment, construction and handover of the project.[5]On October 16, Rongchang East Street Station was officially started, becoming the first elevated station on Yizhuang Line.[6]

On December 30, 2010, Yizhuang Line Phase I Project (Songjiazhuang Station to Ciqu Station) was put into operation (Yizhuang Railway Station was temporarily suspended).[1]
On December 30, 2018, the subway Yizhuang Railway Station was put into use.[19]
On January 25, 2022, the 2022 Beijing Transport Work Conference was held, and the reconstruction of Yizhuang Metro Line is planned to start in 2022.[45]

Yizhuang Line starts from Songjiazhuang Station in Fengtai District in the northwest, and then goes south along Songzhuang Road in the form of underground line after leaving the station, turns east after arriving at Dingxiu Jiayuan, and turns south after arriving at Xiaohongmen Road;Between the Fourth Ring Road and the Fifth Ring Road, the line goes south along the planned road and goes through the central area of Xiaohongmen.
