Because a primary school does not have the legal person status, Lucheng Central School of Lujiang County is its management department. The court determined that Lucheng Central School of Lujiang County should bear 100% of the compensation responsibility for Xiaojuan's losses. The total compensation for Xiaojuan was more than 213000 yuan. After deducting more than 44000 yuan of prepaid medical expenses, the actual compensation for Xiaojuan was more than 168000 yuan.
