At the event site, Fuyang Linyi Shopping Mall and Fuyang Logistics Association respectively introduced the experience and practice of serving truck drivers, and truck driver representatives issued the initiative of joining the association. Then, they carried out the online "code scanning" service for truck drivers to join the association. By scanning the QR code for membership, truck drivers submit their application for membership and immediately have trade union membership. The leaders at the meeting presented the new truck drivers with the membership gift package and awarded the five-star trade union medals. In addition, two industrial collective contracts were signed on the site, and warm services such as helping people in difficulty, legal advice and giving mutual insurance for accidental injuries were provided, which was warmly welcomed by truck drivers.

Li Xiaodong proposed that we should focus on promoting the implementation plan of truck drivers' membership and service work, clarify the work ideas, highlight the work priorities, and increase the work intensity; Focus on key areas, adhere to the foundation of building and joining the association, and focus on expanding the coverage of trade union organizations and work in new business fields; We should adhere to the bottom line of safeguarding safety, effectively prevent risks, and constantly promote the labor union work of new forms of employment to a new level.
