Since this year, the Sanming Municipal Federation of Trade Unions in Fujian Province has taken the improvement of the quality of industrial workers as an important part of the continuous deepening of the "industrial reform" work. Starting with the survey of workers' needs, it has implemented the special action of "sending teachers to their homes" to improve the quality of industrial workers, and has continuously enhanced the effectiveness of vocational skills training.

Sanming The Federation of Trade Unions of Sanming City, in combination with thematic education, took the survey of staff training needs as an important subject of investigation and research, established a working system to promote the construction and reform of industrial workers, formulated a questionnaire on the ideological status of industrial workers in Sanming City and their satisfaction with industrial reform work, combined with trade union cadres' entry into private enterprises and work in private enterprises, through visits to workshop teams, seminars E-mail solicitation and other online and offline forms, visited 40 enterprises with more than 3000 person times, carried out 21 training content and demand surveys, found more than 10 problems such as unable to conduct long off the job training, short training time, poor results, high costs of off-site training, and collected more than 10 staff training needs and optimization suggestions.

School enterprise cooperation promotes linkage. The cooperation framework agreement on skill quality training of industrial workers was signed with Sanming University, Sanming Vocational College of Medical Science and Technology, Sanming Agricultural School, Fujian Vocational College of Water Resources and Electric Power, Sanming Technician College and other five colleges. Actively encourage enterprises to participate, and take 14 enterprises such as Fujian Jinniu Cement Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Military Equipment Co., Ltd. and Fujian Bearing Co., Ltd. as the pilot of cooperative education. Increase innovation, explore and expand training services from theoretical business training, staff skill evaluation, vocational skill competition, new apprenticeship promotion and other aspects, promote the organic combination of service projects, and constantly enhance the attractiveness and pertinence of skill training for enterprises and employees.

Provide training for enterprises. In response to the needs of employees and enterprise production, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, together with cooperative colleges and universities, implemented the training mode of "one enterprise, one scheme", carried out order based skills training of "enterprises ordering, trade unions receiving orders, and sending teachers to their homes", organized six enterprises in four counties and cities, namely Sanyuan District, Shaxian District, Yong'an City, and Jiangle County, to hold six special training sessions to improve their electrical and numerical control skills There were 137 training sessions on welding, and 7400 industrial workers participated in quality improvement training. At the same time, adhere to the combination of online and offline, promote new ways of quality improvement such as "Bamin Craftsman School", "employee micro classroom", "employee public school" and "learning to realize dreams", enrich the forms and contents of industrial workers' professional skills learning, and help promote the optimization and improvement of the city's industrial workers' skills formation system.
