P0730 The solution to the trouble code is that professional staff should use special tools to check and remove the trouble.

P0730 Cause of fault code:

1. The clutch is not completely disengaged, and the power cannot be cut off completely. Due to improper operation, the pedal is not pressed to the bottom, resulting in incomplete separation and difficulty in gear shifting;

Solution: This phenomenon is common for novice drivers. Due to inexperience, they often engage the gear before treading the pedal to the bottom. In case of failure to engage the gear, and the gear sounds, they can only step the pedal to the bottom;

2. It is difficult to engage the gear due to poor technical state of the clutch;

Solution: It is recommended to go to the repair shop or 4S shop to repair the clutch;

3. The shift fork is loose and bent, the shift fork shaft is bent and rusted, and it is difficult to move. When the locking screw for fixing the shift fork of the shift fork shaft is loose, it will also cause difficulty in gear shifting;

Solution: systematic inspection and maintenance of shift fork is required;

4. The length of the reverse lever on the gear lever is adjusted improperly. When the reverse gear is engaged, the lock plate does not rise high enough to enter the reverse gear position smoothly;

Solution: adjust the length of the reverse lever;

5. The end face of the shift fork is severely worn, the clearance between the end face of the shift fork and the ring groove of the sliding gear is too large, and the sliding gear is easy to shift back and forth and automatically out of gear;

Solution: Replace the fork with a new one;

6. Insufficient gear oil or poor gear oil quality, resulting in vehicle failure;

Solution: Add gear oil or replace with regular gear oil;

7. The gear tooth surface is severely worn, resulting in excessive meshing clearance;

Solution: Replace the gear with a new one;

8. The intermediate shaft and the second shaft are excessively worn, or the spline shaft and the internal spline of the gear are severely worn with excessive clearance; The shaft is bent or the locking parts on the shaft are loose;

Solution: Overhaul the intermediate shaft, the second shaft, the spline shaft, the internal spline of the gear, the bent shaft or the locking parts on the shaft.
