Add some lubricating oil to the shaft sleeves at both ends of the motor shaft, and rotate the fan blades with force several times to make them operate flexibly. The fault can be eliminated;If the rotating resistance is not large, buy the starting capacitor with the same withstand voltage value and capacity and replace it. The electric fan operates normally and the fault is eliminated;If the fault persists, it means that the starting coil of the motor is burnt out and open circuit, so the motor can only be replaced.
Sprinkle some oil on the bearing to get immediate results.There is also a tube for overheat protection. Take it off and connect it to see if it will be better.But the risk is also great!
