CMOS needs to be reset.
1. Turn off the computer and unplug the power plug.
2. Open the chassis cover, find the motherboard battery, and remove it.
3. Find the jumper (usually identified as CLR_CMOS) on the mainboard to clear CMOS, remove the jumper cap from pin 1.2 of the original position and insert it into position 2.3, and then remove and install it back to the original position.
4. Install the battery back on the motherboard, plug it in and start the machine.
