You can first check whether the target link is correct and confirm whether the location pointed to by the link exists.If you find problems, you can try to resolve them to continue editing.
It may be that the file in the corresponding link location has been deleted or the file name has been changed.Only the original file can be found and re linked.
When the wps demo edits data, it prompts that the link file is unavailable because of a setting error. The solution is as follows: 1. When editing data, a prompt will pop up that the linked file is unavailable.
2. Edit the link to the file in the file tab to change the source file Select the source file and click Open (Re create).
3. Use the PPT default chart format (the color of the chart curve in the following figure is different from that in Excel), and embed the chart and data at the same time.
4. Select the second pasting option: completely retain the chart format in Excel, and embed the chart and data at the same time.
5. When choosing to edit data, we can directly edit data in Excel embedded in PPT and update it to the chart in PPT.
The problem can be solved by embedding Excel charts and data into PPT. The specific operation method is as follows: 1. First copy the Excel chart, click to select the chart, and then right-click to select Copy from the drop-down menu.
2. Use the right mouse button to paste, and select the first option. Use the PPT default chart format. The color of the chart curve in the following figure is different from that in Excel, and the chart and data are embedded at the same time.
3. Select the second paste option to completely retain the chart format in Excel, embed the chart and data at the same time, and see all the elements of the chart, which is exactly the same as the chart elements in Excel.
4. After pasting in the above two ways, when editing data is selected, you can directly edit the data in Excel embedded in PPT and update it to the chart in PPT.
