Solution: Fix the dual boot problem during Windows 11 installation
1. First, select the boot item that can enter the system normally.Usually, in the startup option, you can see that the one marked "located on the volume" is an available boot entry.
2. After entering the system, press Win+R to open the operation dialog box.Enter "msconfig" in the dialog box and click OK.
3. After the system configuration window pops up, select the "Boot" option in the top tab. Here you can see that there are two system boot entries.
4. The first is the default boot entry of the current operating system (OS). Please make sure not to delete it.Select another boot item and click Delete to delete it.
5. After deletion, click Apply and OK to save the changes.
6. Finally, restart the computer to find that there is only one correct single boot option left, which solves the dual boot problem.
The situation in LZ is obviously abnormal. If the prompt LZ said appears in both XP and WIN7, consider whether there is a problem with the hard disk. Generally, similar prompts appear because of the previous illegal shutdown operation or sudden power failure, which caused the hard disk to fail to load the system information due to errors.
