Gorgeous is a man from Jilin City, Jilin Province, who has been disabled due to illness since childhood. With strong will and hard work, she learned Manchu paper-cut, an intangible cultural heritage, by herself with the help of her family. Although it is inconvenient to move, her gorgeous hands are very dexterous. After her artistic processing, an ordinary red paper has become a paper-cut work showing Manchu folk culture. Driven by her, her husband Song Lipeng and son Song Ye also joined in the creation of paper-cut art.
In order to inherit and develop paper-cut art, Huali and her husband set up a paper-cut studio in Jilin City, and provided paper-cut training for disabled friends free of charge.
