The labor economic rights and interests of employees refer to the general term of the labor employment, income distribution, social security, safety production, occupational health and other rights and interests of employees as workers in the process of social production. Labor economic rights and interests are the most direct and realistic interests of workers, and the livelihood issues that the Party and the government attach great importance to. Trade unions at all levels should hold high the banner of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, strengthen participation at the source, promote the formulation and revision of laws, regulations and policies involving the vital interests of workers, increase efforts to coordinate labor relations, and strive to protect the labor and economic rights and interests of workers.
First, we need to safeguard the labor and employment rights and interests of employees. We will promote the implementation of the employment priority strategy and more active employment policies, deepen trade union employment and entrepreneurship services, promote entrepreneurship to drive employment, and promote higher quality and fuller employment. We will do a good job in the supply side structural reform, including the relocation of workers, and help people with employment difficulties to achieve stable employment as soon as possible. Actively participate in improving labor market policies, supervise the implementation of labor contract system, and promote standardized management of labor employment. Promote gender equality and effectively protect the legitimate rights and special interests of women workers.
Second, we should safeguard the rights and interests of employees in wage distribution. We will deepen activities to create harmonious labor relations, deepen collective negotiation with the focus on improving quality and efficiency, promote the improvement of enterprise wage decision, normal growth and payment security mechanisms, and promote the simultaneous growth of employee wages with economic efficiency and labor productivity. We will promote the establishment and improvement of a consultation mechanism on working hours, and scientifically formulate industrial labor quotas. We will promote the implementation of the reporting system for migrant workers' unpaid wages and resolve the problem of unpaid wages for migrant workers.
Third, we should safeguard the social security rights and interests of employees. We will promote the establishment of a multi-level social security system, expand coverage, improve security levels, promote the solution of the problem of workers' missing or losing insurance, and strengthen mutual medical assistance for workers. We will work to solve problems such as the transfer and continuation of migrant workers' social security, and gradually ensure that migrant workers enjoy equal access to basic urban public services. We will do a good job of providing assistance to workers in need, promote urban workers in need to solve their problems and integrate them into the overall situation of national poverty alleviation, and implement "four one batch" and targeted assistance.
Fourth, we must safeguard the rights and interests of workers in production safety and occupational health. Carry out mass production safety and occupational health activities with the "Ankang Cup" competition as the carrier, and further improve the labor protection supervision mechanism of the trade union.
