Jiang Guangping and his delegation visited the Shenyang Trade Union Affairs and Workers Service Center, visited enterprises, workers in difficulty and migrant workers, visited model workers in difficulty, and sent them warmth and holiday blessings from the Party, the government and trade union organizations. Yang Zhonglin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and Wei Feng, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied the visit.
In the afternoon of January 10, Jiang Guangping and his party had just arrived in Shenyang, and they first came to the home of model worker Shen Yangang. Shen Yangang, 85 years old, is the former fitter of Shenyang Glass Factory and the vice chairman of Shenyang Workers' Association. In 1989, he was named the national model worker. From 1962 to 1993, Shen Yangang completed more than 760 technical innovations, creating a value of more than 20 million yuan. Jiang Guangping talked cordially with Shen Yangang, asked him about his physical condition in detail, and learned about his great contributions to the country and the related honors he won in his work. He told the local trade union cadres: "As a trade union organization, we must do a good job in serving model workers, so that model workers can feel the warmth of the party, the government and the trade union organization." Shen Yangang said.
Li Hongli, 32, is a migrant worker from Qingshan Village, Xinkailing Township, Jianchang County. She and her husband have two children, and also take care of her niece who is in the third grade of primary school. The family's financial source is mainly supported by her husband's part-time jobs. At present, five members of the family live in a rented house in Shenyang. At Li Hongli's home, Jiang Guangping was very concerned about the children's learning. He said earnestly, "No matter how difficult it is, you can't delay the children from going to school. You should do everything possible to ensure that the children can learn. The city will never forget your contributions to the development of the city." Li Hongli said, "I will certainly live up to everyone's expectations. I must actively face the reality and work hard to create my own happy life."
Later, Jiang Guangping and his party came to Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. The Group was established in 1995 after the restructuring of the original Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Plant, Zoje Friendship Plant and Shenyang No.3 Machine Tool Plant. Since 2004, through the merger and acquisition of German Heath, restructuring of Yunnan Machine Tool Plant and holding of Kunming Machine Tool Plant, a complete machine motion control technology center has been built in Shanghai, and a CNC machine tool structure design center has been built in Berlin and Stuttgart, Germany. At present, a new structural layout of trans regional and transnational operations has been formed. At present, there are 16000 employees and 12000 in Shenyang cluster. At present, enterprises are facing difficulties such as declining demand for low-end products, increasing demand for high-end products, and tight production funds. Here, Jiang Guangping listened to the introduction of the person in charge of the enterprise on the enterprise experience, production and sales, Internet+, labor union work, etc. Jiang Guangping expressed cordial condolences to the vast number of workers who fought in various positions, and encouraged enterprises to unite and lead the vast number of workers to help each other in difficult times, unite from top to bottom, twist together, give full play to the role of the main force of the working class, and try their best to tide over difficulties with enterprises. He also sent 400000 yuan of condolences to the enterprise on behalf of the General Assembly, expressing the concern of the party, the government and trade union organizations for the enterprise.
During their stay in Shenyang, Jiang Guangping and his party also went to the Shenyang Trade Union Affairs and Staff Service Center for investigation and condolences. The center is formed by the merger and consolidation of 13 public institutions directly under the former Shenyang Federation of Trade Unions. Since its establishment, all cadres and the masses of the Center have demonstrated a good work style with fast role transformation, fast working state, fast working rhythm, strong sense of overall situation, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of responsibility, good unity and cooperation, good mental outlook and good working state. Here, Jiang Guangping successively came to the membership service card, legal aid, assistance and relief windows, and communicated with the staff.
