For example, the skill level of employees is linked to the salary, and senior technicians and technicians can receive subsidies of 600 yuan and 300 yuan per month respectively; The front-line employees with skill level certificates shall be promoted to workshop foreman and supervisor first; If scientific and technological innovation achievements are adopted and produce economic benefits, special rewards can be obtained; A one-time reward of 500~6000 yuan will be given to those who win the position in skill competitions at all levels; Every year, 10 middle-level skilled talents are promoted through the mechanism of "famous teachers leading apprentices", and the per capita annual income is increased by 8000 yuan; Those who have won the honors of model workers at all levels and the May Day Labor Medal will be given a monthly allowance of 200~500 yuan.

It is worth mentioning that this year's collective agreement of the company added equity incentive clauses for the first time. Front line workers who have worked in the company for more than 5 years have the priority to purchase shares of up to 600000 yuan, and the employees and enterprises share the development dividend.

This year, in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, where the company is located, the District Federation of Trade Unions held a skill contest for wire and cable inspectors. The collective agreement clearly stipulates that the company will reward 0.1% of the actual benefits for the scientific and technological innovation achievements, invention patents, etc. developed on the post of employees whose "five small" innovation achievements are adopted and produce economic benefits; For those who have obtained the title of senior engineer, technician and senior technician, a subsidy of 50~600 yuan will be given every month; Employees who win a better place in various job skill competitions at all levels will be subsidized by 200~400 yuan each time; For employees who have won model workers (craftsmen) at all levels, May Day Labor Medals, moral models at all levels, the most beautiful (civilized) workers, and advanced individuals who have acted bravely for righteousness, 500~800 yuan will be awarded each time; For skilled talents who have graduated from full-time universities or worked in enterprises, a monthly subsidy of 50 to 100 yuan will be provided.
