Conductor: annealed oxygen free tensile flexible copper wire (steel wire reinforced tensile conductor can be added to enhance the tensile strength of cable)
Aramid braiding is added to the cable structure. In order to reduce the stress/torsion on the conductor core when the cable is pulled by the scraper, the strength of the Aramid fiber is ten times that of the steel wire and the density is one tenth of that of the steel wire. This not only ensures the overall tensile strength of the cable, but also improves the high compressive stress that the cable can withstand.

After cabling, the cable core directly extrudes the inner sheath (without filling) to prevent the slip between the cable insulation cores and increase the anti torsion performance of the cable.

Outer sheath: high degree thermoplastic elastomer PUR material imported from Germany, tensile strength>30MPa, breaking elongation>200%, tear strength>150KN/m
