9. Complaints will not be accepted for orders that are not accepted, suspended or deleted;
10. If the customer asks for a refund without reason after payment, we need to charge at least 20% of the service charge according to the specific situation before dispatching the order to make up for the website promotion fee, customer service service fee, telephone fee, bank remittance service fee, order production fee, etc. that have been generated by the order.
