8. If you are not satisfied with the cake or the service, please reject it on the spot. The consignee has signed on the commodity distribution sheet to confirm the receipt of the goods and will not accept the complaint;
9. Complaints will not be accepted for orders that are not accepted, suspended or deleted;

10. If the customer asks for a refund without reason after payment, we need to charge at least 20% of the service charge according to the specific situation before dispatching the order to make up for the website promotion fee, customer service service fee, telephone fee, bank remittance service fee, order production fee, etc. that have been generated by the order. Customers whose orders are above the status of dispatch can no longer ask for cancellation and refund, because the goods you ordered have been fully prepared at this time, and all costs have been incurred.
