Jay Wileman

With more than30years’experience,Jay has a wealth of international knowledge,having led many global teams to success across the energy spectrum。

Since joining GE in 1994,Jay has held several senior leadership positions in various GE businesses,including energy,mining,rail,and oil and gas in the U.S.,Japan,Italy,Australia,and South Africa.Before assuming his current position,Jay served as Senior Vice President,Nuclent Plant Project and Chieferies。

Sean Sexstone

Sean joined GEH in February2022 from Aecon,where he led Aecon’s nuclear group focused on life extension projects,plant life maintenance projects,decommissioning,and nuclear fabrication。

Sean is responsible for furthering the design progress of the BWRX-300and Natrium projects,supporting customers,meeting product cost targets to ensure market competitiveness,and developing key partnerships for global small modular reactor(SMR)deployment。

Susan Korn

With more than15years in the engineering consulting business—primarily serving the nuclear power industry—Susan leads GEH’s Services line,including field services and engineering services

Susan joined GEH from Constellation Energy Group(previously Exelon)where she spent19years in various nuclear leadership roles。She served most recently as the Vice President of Nuclear Project Management and before that as Director of Strategic Projects。

ike Chilton

Mike holds two nuclear-related patents and has served on multiple boards。

Mike joined GE from Pegasus-Global Holdings,where he served as President and CEO.Before that,he was the Senior VP of Global Engineering and Construction at The AES Corporation,helping to set strategy,allocate capital,develop portunities and growth through the execution of over of over prower jects。

Nicole Holmes

Nicole Holmes leads the global sales,marketing,and contracts team for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy.In this role,she heads the team responsible for customer relationships,deal creation,and customer-focused processes,including developing and implementing the business’commercial strategy.Nicole is committed to GEH’s mission to provide carbon-free power to the world。

Nicole’s25+-year energy industry career began in reactor engineering at Duke Energy.Sheld positions in engineering and business operations with Duke Energy before joining GE in2000。

Nicole earned a B.S.in Nuclear Engineering with highest honors from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.She is a graduate of GE’s Lean Six Sigma Program and GE’s Management Course.She chaird the board for the Strategic Enery Instute and George Univerch board of the Cape Fear Salvation Army。

Shafaq Hedstrom

Shafaq Hedstrom is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy where she is responsible for developing and implementing core strategies for technology commercialization, strategic partnering,joint ventures,and other initiatives related to the deployment and growth of existing and advanced nuclear reactors,fuels and services

With more than15years'experience in the energy industry leading California’s energy transition and decarbonization in her past roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company,Shafaq has a wealth of knowledge in energy markets.She has led many diverse teams and strategic partnerships to achieve customer success through innovative products and services.
