Marty Krentz，aLevel1Federal Project Director（FPD），was recently transferred to the EMCBC-NY office from the West Valley Demonstration Project（WVDP）。Krentz works under the supervision of the EMCBC-NY site manager and has primary responsibility for the new deactivation and decommissioning acquisitions at the Naval Reactors Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory，in Niskayuna，纽约。Krentz is a Contracting Officer Representative（COR）Level2and in addition to acting as COR for the contracts，he is responsible for conducting contract oversight，and project coordination.His position requires significant stakeholder interaction，including with Naval Reactors and its site operating contractors。
