EVOLUTE® EXPRESS

EVOLUTE®是为实现可靠的固相萃取而开发的亲水性聚合物固相。非极性的聚苯乙烯二乙烯基苯聚合物通过用极性的羟基修饰而可湿化，不受样品处理中的填充剂干燥的影响。

根据poa尺寸最优化了的细孔构造，有效地除去蛋白质等的高分子干涉成分，从各种各样的水系样品回收目标化合物。通用性高的一般方法可以对应很多样品矩阵和目标化合物，所以在短时间内可以进行方法开发也是其特征。准备了粒径30μm和50μm，可以根据应用程序选择。

EVOLUTE®EXPRESS是在Load-wash-elute的3步中提供EVOLUTE的优秀化学流的新格式。与以往的产品相比，进一步提高了样品流程，多数情况下，不需要固相提取中的调整和平衡化步骤。

EVOLUTE HYDRO是一种固相萃取板，它结合了高质量的EVOLUTE填料和独特的HYDRO烧结技术。尿可以在井内孵育水解，水解处理后不需要分注操作，直接通过井液可以进行EVOLUTE的固相提取处理。

EVOLUTE EXPRESS96孔板格式特别适用于生物样品的高通量处理。井间流动偏差极小，可快速流速处理血浆、血清及尿液样品。同时，井的堵塞难发生，能以高回收率再现性很好地抽出分析目标。

在许多应用程序中，EVOLUTE EXPRESS板不需要常规固相提取方法所需的调整步骤和平衡步骤。缩短处理时间，提高工作效率（参见图1）。
