We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Program and Portfolio Management。In this role，you will guide our molecule teams in partnership with cross-functional team leads，providing exceptional program management across our company portfolio。 

Responsibilities

• Actively partner with the Project Team Lead（PTL）and Sub-Team Leads as PM for lead molecule with multiple indications，providing leadership to other PMs and all functional line representatives
• Establish and manage integrated development plans，including timelines，costs，and risks，that support program and company strategic objectives
• 管理项目team and sub-team activities，including meeting facilitation，minutes，and tracking of action items and team deliverables to execute on project’s strategic plan
• 主动identify，analyze，and communicate decision points and project risks，including tradeoffs and scenario analyses，framing options within a broader portfolio context
• 已安装的项目Team and stakeholders to support good decision-making in a fast-paced small company environment
• Identify needs and propose solutions to project and portfolio tools，systems and practices to support the growth and evolution of PPM’s capabilities

The ideal candidate

• 最小10 years industry experience，with at least7 years of direct drug development project management，including clinical project management in Phase2 or 3
• Broad scientific and business acumen with an ability to understand，articulate and integrate functional perspectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the company，including creating effective presentations for internal and external use

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills，with ability to effectively influence across multiple functional groups

The salary range for this position is220000 USD to$245000 USD annually.This salary range is an estimate，and the actual salary may very based on the Company’s compensation practices。
