在标题化合物中,[Cd(ClO4)2(C)15H(H)18N个4)4]、Cd离子在稍微扭曲的八面体环境中被二配位反式单齿高氯酸盐配体和四个1-(2-吡啶基)-4-(4-吡啶基甲基)哌嗪(pmpp)配体。晶体结构,分子被组织成平行于ab公司C-H…O相互作用的平面。类似的相互作用促进了这些层的堆积,形成三维晶体结构。

尝试制备含有pmpp(Farnum)的高氯酸镉配位聚合物等人。,2009),得到标题化合物的无色嵌段。这个非对称单元包含单个分子[Cd(pmpp)4(氯)4)2],其中八面体配位Cd离子被二束缚反式结合的单齿高氯酸盐配体和四个pmpp配体通过N个原子位于其4-吡啶末端(图1)。标题化合物在非中心对称单斜晶系中结晶空间组 复写的副本没有明显的外消旋体孪生,由一个Flack参数(Flack,1983)第-0.043(13)条。

个人[Cd(pmpp)4(氯)4)2]分子通过C-H··O相互作用聚集,构建层与ab公司晶面(图2)。反过来,这些层沿c不同C-H··O途径的晶体方向(图3)。

所有化学品都是从商业上获得的。将高氯酸镉六水合物(20 mg,0.064 mmol)在298 K的温度下溶于1.5 ml水中。0.75 ml等分的将1:1的水-乙醇混合物小心地分层到水溶液上,然后将1.5ml的pmpp乙醇溶液(32.5mg,0.128mmol)分层。2周后形成标题化合物的无色嵌段。
