在标题化合物(系统名称:3,8-二氨基-5-乙基-6-苯基菲啶-5-碘2,2,3,3,4,4,4-七氟丁酸)中,C21H(H)20N个+·C类4F类7O(运行)2,两个乙炔离子,C21H(H)20N个+由于以下原因形成二聚结构ππ相互作用,即使它们是正电荷。七氟丁酸阴离子与邻近的阳离子二聚体相连通过氢键相互作用,–NH的氢键施主位点2连接到–COO的氢键受体位点的乙炔离子基团七氟丁酸阴离子基团。

结构描述

乙炔盐因其重要应用而广泛用于科学研究,包括作为DNA的内生热剂(Chen等。, 2000【Chen,W.,Turro,N.J.&Tomalia,D.A.(2000)。Langmuir,16,15-19。】)以及作为共价有机框架的构建单元(Ma等。, 2016【马宏、刘宏、李宏、张宏、李宏、谭宏、臧宏、朱宏(2016).美国化学学会期刊138,5897-5903.】). 在本研究中,报道了一种含七氟丁酸阴离子的乙炔盐的结构(图1[链接]). 两个乙炔阳离子形成二聚结构(图2[链接])通过 ππ堆叠和四个二聚体对位于单位单元格。有两个乙炔阳离子和两个七氟丁酸阴离子作为晶体独立成分。乙炔阳离子并未表现出完全平面结构,而是表现出轻微弯曲形状(C19……C11……C24=170.82°,C12……C3……C25=165.57°)。最近的Cg公司Cg公司乙炔阳离子之间的分离度为3.7502(3)Au,表明存在ππ相互作用。在乙炔阳离子和七氟丁酸阴离子之间观察到一些距离相对较短的氢键(例如,N3-H3一个·O1=2.899奥,N3-H3····O4=2.909奥,N5-H5一个●O4=2.935º,N4-H4一个氧气=2.990℃,N6-H6一个●O3=2.939奥;表1[链接]),这与这种填料结构的形成有关(图3[链接]).

合成和结晶

将七氟丁酸银(I)的甲醇溶液(1 ml)(64.2 mg,0.20 mmol)与溴化乙锭(78.9 mg,0.20mmol)的甲醇溶剂(30 ml)混合,然后在室温下将混合物搅拌30分钟。通过离心法除去不溶性沉淀物。蒸发剩余溶液以获得粗粉。将粗粉末溶解在混合溶剂(甲醇:水=1:1)中,在室温下9天后缓慢蒸发溶液,得到目标化合物的红色晶体。
