From 2:00 to 8:00 on April 24, Beijing time, a huge geomagnetic storm occurred. In the early morning of the 24th, the geomagnetic storm triggered gorgeous auroras in Karamay, Xinjiang.
From 02:00 to 08:00 on April 24, Beijing time, a giant geomagnetic storm with Kp index of 8 occurred. At present, the process of the geomagnetic storm is still in progress, and it is still possible to have a giant geomagnetic storm in the future.
At 22:00 on March 23, Beijing time, the earth suddenly experienced a geomagnetic storm with Kp index reaching 7, and another geomagnetic storm occurred from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on March 24.
